Great guide, fantastic tour! - Friendly, informative Guide, comfortable transportation, great tour. George was fantastic! He explained in detail the steps to make this cheese, ham, and vinegar. Went through some medium to smaller factories, got to watch production, and taste the foods being made. So delicious!

Not an experience to miss - The four of us had a wonderful day on this trip. We first got to experience the art of making cheese. We got the sample to our hearts desire while drinking wine. Our lovely guide, then drove us to the Parma hand factory where again we got to taste and drink. After that, we rode for about an hour to Modena to Experience many varieties of balsamic. It was a long, wonderful, entertaining, and beautiful day.

A fun day tour - Really enjoyed the tour with Mattea. He was incredibly friendly and passionate about sharing his knowledge of how a family run business brings Parmagiano cheese to market. Highly recommend

The 3 food groups of Italy - Sergio provided us with a wonderful day. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome. We had a great group from all over and enjoyed watching the process of cheese making, prosciutto processing and balsamic vinegar production and tasting. The van was comfortable and the timing at each place was excellent.

The best day in Parma - My husband , my daughter and I spent a fabulous day with Loris on our tour of Parma. Loris is an exceptional guide. He was extremely knowledgeable about each aspect of the tour and was very pleasant. In addition when we finished in Modena he made a special detour to take us to the Modena train station which made our trip back to Bologna much shorter. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. You will have a great day

Best Tour guide Ever!! - The most memorable part of our trip was our tour guide Lorizo (Lorenzo).
The way he shared his love of Parma and the surrounding areas put a very personal and genuine feel to our tour.
He also was very knowledgeable about how all the products were produced on the tour. And gave us an idea what to expect at each stop.
And he was so very kind and made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the tour.

Tour guide was excellent, the van ride not so much - While we loved the Parmigiano and prosciutto tours, what really made this not a 5 star was the van driver and the van we rode in. The van was in huge need of repairs, the back suspension was shot and the fumes were down right nauseating. I wondered if I was getting enough oxygen riding in that van or was going to pass out. When we arrived at the destinations, we noted another van that was new and appeared much more comfortable and safer than what we were thrown into and asked if we could ride in that one, but they had that for the Italians. We opted to forgo the remainder of the tour to the balsamic farm due to the unprofessionalism of the driver and not feeling comfortable continuing with him. He drove like a maniac up and down hills. The tour guide at the Parm and prosciutto farms was top notch, funny, informative and amazing. For that reason we give a higher rating.
