Amazing morning - Had an amazing morning on this fantastic little tour. We were picked up on time by our fabulous tour guide George (aka Sergio) who was very friendly. Lovely short car ride through beautiful countryside to reach the Dairy. Beautiful setting and amazing tour following the full journey from cow to store! George also gave our tour and demonstrations and was so knowledgable and personable, a real asset to the team. The tasting at the end was fantastic and they have a little farm shop where you can buy delicious cheese from the cheesemaster himself. Highly recommend!

Small dairy with great operation - wonderful tour with Sergio, a Parmalook guide decidedly smart and competent. With sympathy and a lot of familiarity he took us to visit a small dairy in the countryside, which made us step back in time and live a wonderful artisan and home experience. The importance of the consortium, the quality of the ingredients, the tranquility of the young producers who accompanied us along the way until the aging of the forms, allowed the visiting group to discover the production of zero km of Parmesan cheese. A beautiful feeling of being "inside nature" until the final tasting completely surrounded by 40Kg shapes from bottom to top. A spectacular vertical warehouse with a scent of genuineness in all its "forms" ;) experience to LIVE!! highly recommended <3

Deep knowledge and love of a rich tradition! - This was fascinating. Pietro clearly has a true love of his region and a true pride in the tradition of Parmegiano Reggiano. We left with a much deeper appreciation for the high standards that make this food so special.

Absolutely worth it. - Both us and our kids (8 & 11) loved it. We were a small group which is always good while visiting such places. We could observe (sometimes touch) everything from a close distance. Very informative. The tasting at the end was a nice touch, I admit :)

Great guide - Loris explained everything very well. Learned a lot about the process. Could watch part of the production, as well as the salt bath and the storage. Got two different ages to taste and a sip of wine. Still a bit too expensive

Parmiggiano - a treasure, go see how it’s produced! - Loris, our guide, did an excellent job in explaining everything about the process of making Parmiggiano and Prosciutto (did both tours) - from start to the finished product. Great to see the cheesemakers working and how much effort is put into every single piece/wheel og cheese/prosciutto. Great day out in the country - tastings are generous. Loris by the way spoke English very well!! Thanks, I had a lovely time.
