Engage in a private pasta preparation class in a local Cesarina’s residence, discover the secrets behind the region’s most popular pasta dishes and sample your creations with a serving of regional wine.

In the course of the class, the Cesarina will share the secrets behind 3 genuine regional pasta recipes. Enjoy testing your culinary abilities. Every participant will have their own cooking station supplied with utensils and all the necessary ingredients to prepare the dishes. Afterwards, savour the meals you’ve made, complemented by a variety of local red and white wines.

• Please note that our Cesarine are ready and thrilled to host you in their homes! All Cesarine are always very careful and attentive of the important sanitary rules needed, even more now! The homes provide all the essential sanitary equipment for the guests (paper towels for washing hands, hand sanitizing gel and so on). Remember to always maintain 1 meter distance from each other and if not, wear masks and gloves
