Wonderful visit to Bhutan - Wonderful experience with this agency. Very responsive and knowledgeable and professional. They were flexible to our requirements and specific needs of our family. Our guide was Tandin and our driver was Jigme. They were both really nice and friendly and well spoken. Tandin was amazing with my son on the hike up to Tigers Nest. We spent a whole week together and everything went smoothly. Bhutan is a beautiful place and the people are lovely. Highly recommend!

Unforgettable memories and a lifetime experience in the land of the thunder dragon !! - Our first visit to Bhutan couldn’t have been planned and executed better than that done by Bhutan Best inbound tour. From the moment we arrived at Bagdogra airport everything was taken Care of. We met our guide Mr Tandin at the land border crossing in Jaigaon. Warm greetings followed by quick action for immigration formalities. Our driver Mr Lobzhang was waiting for us in Phuentsholing and in minutes we were at our hotel. We had a 9 day trip covering Thimphu, Punakha, Phobjikha and Paro. The best resorts we liked were dhumra resort and trema linka. All others were excellent too. Only the one at phunsoling could ve been better Mr Lobzhangs driving skills are incredible. That said he is a professional driver holding a PD license. You can sleep and chill in the winding roads and rest assured you’ll be taken care of till you reach your destination. He is also very humble and has an Excellent demeanour. Very helpful too. Mr Tandin is a gentleman with good knowledge of Bhutan s history, religion, politics and what not. We were always engaged in interesting conversations throughout the journey. Of course he explained everything beautifully during the visit to various places and monasteries. He was very encouraging during tigers nest hike and ensured we not only summit but have a good experience Ms Chimmi was the one who we kept troubling with our phone calls for the overall trip planning. Must say she was very patient and understanding and helped us plan an awesome trip. For the readers, I would say don’t think about the SDF while visiting this beautiful country. The money is being put to good use and you’ll realise after visiting here!! Cheers and happy 2024

Mesmerizing Bhutan - We were mesmerized by Bhutan's pristine beauty and had such a memorable time there. Thanks to our tour operator Thinley of Bhutan Best Inbound Tours and our guide Namgay Wangchuk and driver Kado. Thinley personally attended to all our requirements and customized the itinerary as per our needs making for a relaxing trip with unique experiences especially for my parents. He was ultra quick in his responses. Our Guide Namgay made us fully familiar of the socio- cultural - historical facts of Bhutan and the various sites that we visited through his excellent knowledge on the subject. He took care of our smallest needs to make us relaxed n comfortable and the trip enjoyable without any worry or any anxiety. Everything was managed by him effectively n efficiently! Kado found to be a highly skilled driver making us fearless n worry-free in winding roads n hilly terrains with narrow passes thro his efficient maneuvering of the vehicle. Namgay and Kado both were well-behaved and we spent fun time listening to bollywood songs, happily chatting on long journeys.

Bhutan - Land of the Thunder Dragon - It was like taking a step back in time. No new modern buildings in big cities like Thimpu and Paro. They kept the same Bhutanese architectural heritage. The people all wore traditional costumes during working hours. Got lots of opportunities to try Bhutanese food in hotels as well as a picnic by the river and in farm houses. Taking my time in an 8 hour hike to the Tiger's Nest with lunch at the mid point, I was later taken to have a relaxing stone bath infused with artemisia to help get rid of muscle and knee pains. A truly pampered trip!

Bhutan 2023 - BBIT, Namgay & Jigme - We had an amazing time in Bhutan, and we left extremely impressed by their culture and hospitality. Our tour agent (Bhutan Best Inbound Tours) took care of the entire process from flight bookings, visa application and itinerary planning for us, and we received such amazing care from our guide (Namgay) and driver (Jigme). Both Namgay and Jigme anticipated and took care of all our needs throughout the trip, and patiently guided and supported us through the 3 hikes we did. My memorable Bhutan trip - After planning to visit Bhutan since 2015, we were able to finally make it there in mid March 2023. With the recent change in rules etc., I thought it would be better to book my tour through an operator based in Bhutan. After a quick search on Google, I sent out emails with my itinerary to 3 companies. The response from Bhutan Best Inbound Tour caught my attention. Mr. Thinley, provided me a quote and was extremely prompt to answer all my queries in the most detailed and respectful manner. What surprised me was when he called me in India to explain that my itinerary was a bit hectic considering the mountain roads and speed limits in place. However, he assured me that the assigned Guide and Driver would try their best to achieve. After transferring the agreed amount, our Permit and other formalities commenced. Details of our Guide (Mr. Tandin) and Driver (Mr. Sonam) and car were sent to me. The entire logistics from our pickup from Bagdogra airport to Phuentsholing border crossing to taking care of us for our entire 12 day stay and dropping us back to our hotel at Bagdogra was near perfect. Having visited 25 countries so far, I can confidently state that Mr. Tandin and Mr. Sonam were extraordinary. Their honesty, behavior, punctuality, consideration and knowledge of Bhutan impressed us and made our trip a memorable one. I can also add that Mr. Sonam is the safest driver I have encountered in many years (considering that I myself drive since last 30 years) and which is a necessity on Bhutanese mountain roads. I wish both these gentle souls with good luck… Mr. Tandin and Mr. Sonam understood our expectations on this trip and strived to fulfill them. They took us to restaurants that served mouth watering Bhutanese food😋😋. We just loved it. I believe that any company is as good as its boss/ owner and Mr. Thinley did not disappoint me. It was extraordinary that he took out time from his busy schedule and came to meet us in our hotel at Thimphu! His sweet and thoughtful gesture to present us with Prayer flags is a memory to cherish. He coordinated with our Guide and made sure that we hoisted our Prayer flag on Dochu La pass on the auspicious day. Happy travels in Bhutan - I had a wonderful stay in Bhutan thanks to our lovely guides Namgay and Ugyen. The itinerary was well planned and executed, all our hotels/resorts were comfortable and our trip unfolded seamlessly. We had a chance to explore numerous peaceful temples, vibrant dzongs and two museums during our visit. We also hiked some nature trails and spent time in the wilderness. The highlights of my trip were: 1. A snow man I built with the guides at Chele La pass (pictured below) 2. The cherry blossom trees of Bumthang valley 3. Watching the monks perform rituals at the temples

Outstanding service - Our group of family and friends travelled with Bhutan Best Inbound Tours on a 6 night itinerary. We were arriving from 2 different destinations and Thinley conceptualised a tour that took into account our diverse interests. We communicated over WhatsApp and he and his wife Jaya were always responsive and gave honest advice. The highlights of our trip were the monastery stay and the Phobji Nature Trail. We were assigned an excellent guide, Sangay, and wonderful driver, Yangkoo. Although there was a mix up over our accommodation for one night, the programme worked out alright in the end. Would recommend them for their professionalism and value for money.

Best experience and best people!! - We had booked our trip for Bhutan with Bhutan Best In bound. I got a reference through trip advisor itself. Mr. Thinley approached us with all the details and best quote. I got very comfortable with the approach and decided to finally go with Bhutan Best In Bound. But before we finalized the itinerary, I made Thinley answer and solve my 100+ queries. He was patient enough through out the the itinerary planning and did not follow up at all. He gave us enough time to decide and get back to him. My family and I were very comfortable. The itinerary was best and exactly what I was looking for. The best part came when we had to make payment. I was figuring out the mode of payment , Bhutan being treated differently in banking channel in India and it took longer than expected. The date of travelling was approaching too fast but not even once he followed up or dropped an informal inquiry about the payment. That was the best feeling that you are going on a foreign land and the people want you to experience their cultural and get the best experience for you and not necessarily run behind money. Unfortunately, the day before our departure, Bhutan restricted entry for tourist due to COVID 19 and we could not travel to Bhutan. Thinley refunded the entire advance in a short time without me following up for it even once. Bhutan best in bound is an example why Bhutan is called kingdom of happiness because its the people who make it happy place. I have my itinerary ready and as soon as things get back to "new normal" post COVID-19, my family and I will make a trip to Bhutan and that too with Bhutan Best In Bound, no second choice.
