A small, vibrant, and newly established winery on Paros Island, owned by a French couple, invites you to discover the unique Greek terroir, particularly the Parian terroir, known for imparting minerality and freshness to the wines.

Visit to explore a different side of Paros. Experience the tasting of four distinct wines, including a natural sparkling wine, “pet’ nat,” accompanied by a small snack sourced from our garden or the Cyclades. The operators are passionate about sharing time with guests and explaining the unique characteristics and production process of the wines.
