A Beautiful Wine Tour - Good choice of wineries; beautiful drive through the Paso Robles wine region; Michael, our guide, was very informative and knowledgeable. He was also a very pleasant guy. Grapevine Wine Tours was also the only firm I could find to pick up and drop me off at my hotel in San Luis Obispo. The administration staff were really helpful when I was trying to book my tour from the UK. Great service and a super team.

Took the stress out of driving to different wineries - Fun trip, very nice driver. Delicious lunch and a very knowledgeable guide. We visited some smaller wineries which is great for local, family owned businesses!

Grapevine Paso Robles Tour - Rod, our tour guide was fabulous. Very personable & caring. The lunch was delicious. Tour of Derby Winery was very well done. Good selection of wines. The Bianchi Winery setting was pleasant & relaxing. Service & wine left a lot to be desired. Understaffed for amount of patrons. Moving on, Steinbeck Wnery was the hi-light of the tour. The hosts were friendly, welcoming & knowledgable. We learned a lot about how wines are made and how grapes are grown from Bryan Widstrand who is the winemaker. Bryan is a natural born storyteller. He kept our group thoroughly entertained while educating us on the intricacies of winemaking. Oh, and the Steinbeck wine was wonderful. Best of the day. Highly recommend this tour.

Girl’s Weekends - Everything was amazing! Amazing views on the way to the wineries. Hank was an awesome guide and very knowledgeable. Knew everything from vine to soil and knew about the 3 different wineries. He made sure no one in our party went missing (remember there’s wine involved). Lunch was even good. Literally nothing negative to say.

Had a bit of an issue... - Well we did have a bit of an issue. We were told by Viator that our pickup would be our hotel in Paso Robles. We were there waiting (early of course) but Grapevine Tours never showed. We called the number on our confirmation after about 10 minutes. Grapevine Tours had no record of our reservation from Viator. They showed up after 45 to 50 more minutes later (almost an hour after our pickup time). The other guests had already been dropped off at the first vineyard. That being said Grapevine Tours did EVERYTHING they could to make up for the miscommunication. One of us (me) started to not feel well and we had a rehearsal dinner to catch so Michael was very accommodating and brought us back to our hotel early. We are not exactly sure where the problem originated and I probably should have been more aware that Viator was a third party although we paid and had all our confirmation numbers. The first Vineyard was fabulous.

Paso Robles Experience - The Bonefire Wine at Whalebone Winery. It was excellent and by far the best of the entire tour. I'm glad they chose this particular winery.

Disappointing other than Steinbeck winery - The Steinbeck Winery was a great experience. The wine maker talked about the history of the place and how the wines are made. The wines were superb as well. The Bianci winery was very disappointing, extremely poor service and nothing about the wines. The tour guide was disappointing. The box lunch and Derby winery were good.
