Lily’s was the only disappointment. The food offered on your menu wasn’t available nor was a drink. Then it was determined they could make it which as one of the vegetarians was the only option. This caused us to be late for our last destination.

We absolutely loved the experience. The only downside would be that one of the restaurants (Lily's) did not have an item that was originally listed on the menu and because it was a vegetarian dish, the vegetarian in our party had to order something else and ultimately had to pay for it since it wasn't on the original FDI menu. We were fine with the payment, but a bit of a downer that they didn't have that food available. Beyond that, we loved the puzzle experiences in each location and finding out where we go next. The highlights were Hitch/BesTea, the Burger Bar, and Kilwin's. The story was interesting, and its a unique idea to have the narrative tie into the other tours, though it was a bit disappointing to not find out who froze the victim in this tour. That said, we will look into checking out one of the other tours!

We love the concept and the clues/puzzles were fun. We were dissatisfied with the choice of Lily's of Babylon as a stop. The FDI menu classified this stop as "gourmet tapas", but it was bar food appetizers, which were mediocre. When we think of gourmet tapas, we think of restaurants like Barrique or Taste of Spain. The weather was a bit severe to be walking from restaurant to restaurant and it made the experience less enjoyable. Some of the stops were aware of the FDI and others didn't seem familiar or enthusiastic (the cheese shop and Hitch were great stops!). We do not think the amount of food for the cost was sufficient, for example, a table of six to share one pretzel. There is definitely potential with this concept and with some fine tuning, it will be a fun experience for all.
