As a former professional athlete, I’ve always been drawn to the thrill of pushing my limits. So when I heard about the Rila Mountain Adventure in Bulgaria, I knew it was a challenge I couldn’t resist. After a day of exhilarating climbs and awe-inspiring views, we descended back to the Belmeken Dam, our hearts full of adventure. But the journey wasn’t over yet. Our guide led us to a traditional restaurant nestled between the spa resort of Kostenets and the town of Momin Prohod. Here, we indulged in the rich flavors of Bulgarian cuisine, a perfect end to an unforgettable day.
