Beautiful grounds, gorgeous cellars, knowledgeable guide,, and delicious wines. - Carlton was an excellent guide. The verdant spacious grounds with mature trees were pastoral and peaceful. The massive 100+ year old cellars with barrels were impressive The winery itself dates back eight generations, the longest in the world. We tasted seven wines, four in the cellar and three (Chardonnay, Cabernet Savignon, and Carmenare) seated with food pairing of bread, cheese, salami, olives and chocolate. These wines were top-notch, and available at very reasonable prices. Highly recommend this tour.

An absolute must do - I am a tough grader and rate this as an absolute must do! Valentina, our tour guide, made it an excellent experience. She was a great story teller and also a sommelier which put the cherry on top. This place is quite fascinating with its history and the preservation of the original wines and buildings from the 1850s, which is overlapped with their process of going organic… no pesticides, compost to feed their soil, solar panels that provide enough energy for their operations. It’s a family-owned and run vineyard now being passed on to the 7th generation. We really enjoyed both the tour and the wine.

We hightly recommend! - We jst loved the tour and the guide Daniela. It was amazing 💗 The history about the Isidora and the family is incredible, and the wine tastes very good. We tried 7 glasses of wine and the price really worth it.

Lovely experience - We took the premium tour at the Vineyard. We were surprised by the perfect level of English our guide, Ignacio. We then had a tasting course for beginners with Ignacio again. It was a very funny, modern and personalized testing. They chose their best selling bottles and paired it with exquisite cheese, nuts and fruits. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family. Especially for Ignacio!

Best wine tours with Isabella Santos - Combine history, passion for the wines, Isabella amazing personality and of course very good wines, you have a "coup de coeur" for the Premier wine tour Vina Cousiño Macul . Thank you to Isabella who shared with us the history of Isidora and the winery which was very innovative and interesting. Her felted passion for the wines was contagious. I highly recommend this tour and if possible ask to have Isabella as the tour guide

Beautiful day spent at Cousiño Macul - My husband and I took the premium tour, and will totally recommend everyone else to spend that extra and opt for the tasting session at the end! We tried 6 extra wines together with cheeses and dried fruits. We were lucky and were actually the only two people of the english speaking group doing the premium so it was so personal, and our guide Nacho was super nice and really good at walking us through the tasting! The whole experience was just really nice, the place is beautiful and the history very interesting! Positively surprised and would totally recommend.

Olivia K. - We had the premium tour & Isabella Santos was our tour guide. One of the best wine tours we’ve ever been on because of Isabella. The history of the winery cane to life with her knowledge & passion for the wine. She was so welcoming & made us feel like family. And the wine was amazing as well. We thought we knew how to wine taste but she really showed us & taught us things about wine we were not aware of. I highly recommend this tour & if you can, request Isabella.

History and Wine - Spend a wonderful afternoon touring the winery and sampling fine wines. Ignatius (sp?) was our guide and he did a fantastic job bridging the history of the vineyard and the Cousiño family with the present enterprise. I was blown away by the innovative methods the matriarch, Isidora Goyenechea, introduced and the way she led the industry in Chile. Highly recommended for those looking to learn a bit of the family history while tasting the results of so many years of running such an amazing winery. Also, take the premium tour to really get a chance to taste the full range of Cousiño wines paired with local cheese.
