Into the Heart of Sierra de Bahoruco

As the first rays of dawn kissed the horizon, I found myself embarking on a journey that promised to be as enlightening as it was exhilarating. The Sierra de Bahoruco, a sanctuary of biodiversity nestled in the heart of the Dominican Republic, beckoned with its promise of avian wonders.
