3 whales, lots of seals and dolphins - A great flight, with wonderful views of the sea, coastline and mountains. The Kaikoura shelf, where the sea suddenly gets deeper, was clear. AND we got to see 3 whales and lots of seals. Our pilot circled the largest whale, waiting for him to flip his tail, and was more disappointed than all of us, when he just gently sank. Thoroughly enjoyed.

A wonderful experience - I had the BEST time on this trip. The views were stunning. The staff were friendly and really helpful and committed to giving the best experience for the conditions. Seeing a sperm whale and dolphins was incredible. I will absolutely do this again next time in in the country. Thank you for a great trip.

Best trip ever!! - Was a brilliant trip. Thanks to Alex the pilot and Kim in the office. We were over a whale in no time at all, Alex made sure both sides of the plane had photo opportunity's. His information was kept interesting and frequent but not over the top. Then we went into the mountains to view the snow. Wow, we got to see mountains up close covered in snow. Brilliant trip, great views, Thanks again Alex and Kim.

Must Do! - This experience was priceless! We were able to see a whale and a huge pod of dolphins on our flight. The pilot at Kaikoura air has so much experience in this field, they called us to come earlier than booked as they had seen a whale earlier and he was expecting another sighting around 2pm. And yay, he was right!!!
Our children, 5 & 9 absolutely loved it too. So much info to take in and scenery.

Whale Watching by Air - The best thing my husband and I have done in years. Pilot and experience were amazing. We got to see 3 sperm whales, humpback whale and a pod of dolphins. Well worth every cent and more.

Whale watching - We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Kaikōura air. Binn, our pilot was amazing!!
We ended up seeing 3 sperm whales and I managed to get some great views and photos!
Watching and videoing the whale dive was definitely awesome!

A friendly knowledgeable group who support their community. - Booked at last minute through Book Me and everything was well communicated and handled in a relaxed but very professional manner.
A stunning day, we saw two sperm whales and a large pod of dolphins before flying over the stunning peninsula on our return to the airfield.
Great to hear the local businesses all working together to give us visitors the best chance to see the stunning wildlife.

I would choose this company over the others without a doubt! - Firstly, these Guys are the best! It’s a non profit making company so ploughing all their money back into the club and community.
Secondly, their professionalism is first class which is why I went with them.
As I did look at other tour operators!!!! But they tried to charge me over the odds even though I got it cheaper on line and showed them.
Our flight was extended to a 50 minute flight as we had just missed a whale so he showed us scenery until it surfaced again.
It was cheaper than the on line booking we paid &160 for a 50 minute flight and saw loads of Dusky Dolphins and a Sperm Whale!

Whsles - Excellent time and got to see a sperm whale what an experience. The pilot knew the water and history of the area and the trip was very enjoyable.
