The journey begins in a Eurocopter, venturing out to the Hikurangi Marine Reserve where whales are found near the Kaikōura coastline. During this time, the marine biologist will share their extensive knowledge of marine life and address any questions during the tour.
Following this, the tour proceeds to Karaka Lobster to pick up a crayfish lunch, which will be enjoyed in the mountains with stunning views. After lunch, the pilot will provide a personal tour showcasing the impact of the 2016 Kaikōura Earthquake, highlighting large landslides, rivers altered by fault lines, and other fascinating sights before concluding the experience.
