Philip made a custom tour better than advertised. - We have been a world cruise for 3 months and this was on of our top tours of many. Our guide, Philip was fantastic. He was a local who loved his city, and was proud to show it off. Once we told him my wife loves street art and photography, he went out of his way to show us examples through the city including many “off the beaten path “ alleys with great art. Because we were on a private tour and my wife and I tend to move at fast pace, we were able to visit more sites than were included in the standard tour. Philip made it a perfect day!

Beautiful art and tasty food! - We had a fantastic time with our guide Lawrence. The tour was a great blend of art, food, and sightseeing. Having a dedicated driver also helped getting around quickly.

Great Way to See the Highlights of Georgetown - Our guide took us A BUNCH of murals in Georgetown, including a few that were way off the beaten path. It helped having a car to drive between murals; the guide would let us out to walk the immediate area, then pick us up for the next stop. The lunch at the local food market was great; the guide took the time to explain all the stalls/their food to us, then ordered food and drinks. The time allotted for this tour was perfect.

All the highlights of Penang in one-go! - Very good tour made especially extraordinary by our guide and driver, Philip, who was knowledgeable, attentive and professional. His passion for Penang and genuine enjoyment of tour guiding really made this a great experience. As first timers in Penang, this tour gave us all the highlights in one go: art, culture, history and food! We were lucky to have the car to ourselves as no one else booked the tour that day (extremely lucky for us given it was the weekend) so it was convenient to have a place to leave our things. The tour ended with a trip to the Penang White Coffee shop outside Georgetown which, while nice as it offered an opportunity to see more of the city and sample some unusually flavoured coffees from the area (w/ no obligation to buy... wink-wink), you can do without it. Overall a good experience I highly recommend for families or those with elderly... or for super hot/rainy days when walking just won't be appealing!

Best way to see Penang - Good tour - best way to see the best of Penang if you only have a day. Comes with food at a "hawker centre' - eat the way locals do! We had Philip Oh as our guide and he made our day! If you can get him - your whole trip will be worth it! (We had planned to go to Bali but cancelled at the last moment because we heard of an earthquake just off the coast. So we did not plan this trip properly but Philip and the tour saved our holiday.)

Great tours & guide in Penang - This being our first time in Penang, we decided on hiring Tour & Incentive company; and I am glad we did. We used them for round trip transportation from the airport to and from our hotel in Georgetown. We also booked the Instragrammable tour plus the Around Penang Island tour. Philip was our guide and driver for all these trips. He was the best as he made our trips very enjoyable. He is very personable and accommodating. He went above and beyond to make our stay in Penang a positive experience. I highly recommend him and this tour company. Communicating with them is easy and fees are competitive. I will recommend them to friends and family.

Missing art work on the side street - driver did not tell me/ tourist about that. Apart from that - all went to plan - It was just a driver and did not know much about tourist facts. Driver did not tell me/ tourist that there are a lot of side streets which also have street arts - so, I was a bit disappointed about that, as that was one of my highlights of visiting Penang 🥲 Apart from the above - driver took me all the places on the schedule and he was on time
