Would do again! - HIGHLY recommend. What a cool thing to do while traveling. I ended up being the only one who signed up for the night, but Duel kept the tour, and gave me an awesome experience. Cool guy with a LOT of knowledge about food and history of Pensacola. Was fun to walk the city and enter restaurants feeling like a local. He knows everyone!

Perfect culinary experience mixed with history - We had an amazing time on the food tour in Pensacola! Our guide, Duel, was incredibly knowledgeable about the rich history of this beautiful downtown area, adding so much depth to our experience. Each stop featured delicious food, and we loved every bite. It was a perfect blend of learning and tasting, with Revel's engaging storytelling making the history come alive. We left with full bellies and a new appreciation for Pensacola's heritage. Highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting a mix of culture, history, and fantastic local cuisine! Will be looking for his Pensacola Recipe Book!

Excellent Food Tour - Our party of 4 thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Our guide was exceptionally informative about the history of Pensacola as he grew up there immersed in the culture. His knowledge is extensive!!! It was all so very interesting!! All of the food stops were excellent. Our favorites were Bavaria and 86 Forks. We also enjoyed the meet up place Kennedy Lounge where we had our appetizer. We highly recommend this tour and would other tours by same guide. Thanks so much!!

Better Than I Expected - This was my first time doing a food tour. It was amazing. the history was fantastic and the food was amazing . Duel was enthusiastic and I could tell he loved what he did. The restaurants were very diverse and I am sure I would have never eaten at those places had it not been for this food tour. The tour is definitely worth the money. Go now and thank me later!!!

The food was delicious and varied and I tried many restaurants that I would not have known about but will definitely visit again. Will recommend this tour to everyone.

Could have been better. - Positives: The guy knows his history. He's personable and enthusiastic and he likes his job. Most of the food we sampled was great. Fun and vibrant downtown street was a great way to get to know Pensacola. Easy to walk around and enjoy the ambience. Discovered some very good restaurants we'd like to revisit for a meal. Ways to improve: Less history talk - too many long and detailed stories. Keep it short and sweet! Food portions were inadequate. This was the 1st time we went out to eat after we took a food tour. For the price of the tour, we expected more tastings or at least larger portions. The sample from the food truck was dry and cold - like it was leftover from the dinner hour. There is room for improvement. This tour could be top-notched. I hope the guide will take some of the reviews under consideration. It's a perfect area for a food tour. Who knew Pensacola was such a foodie town?

Not disappointing but not over the moon - The experience was more good than not. One of the restaurants(food truck) was closed when we got there but that really wasn’t that big of a deal-I was ready to go by then. The last stop Was a candy store that gave us a decent goodie bag so we just grabbed it and left. The first three stops were cool-the sampler item they gave us at those places was great! It was a lot of history that was thrown at us…I mean a lot and I am a history buff. It was a neat thing-I had never been to downtown so that was the best part! I wouldn’t do it again because it is kinda pricey.

Disappointed - I bought this for my parents as a gift. They enjoyed the tour guide but the food was VERY disappointing. The five food choices were: half of a deviled egg, an egg roll, half of a German pretzel, some dry fried rice (the food truck was closing), and 2 pieces of fudge in a plastic to-go bag. My mom asked for a glass of water to wash down the rice and it was denied because the truck was closing. At a price of $70 per person, I expected them to get food like pictured in the advertisement. After the tour, they left to get food. I do not recommend it.
