  • Kandy War Cemetery - The Kandy War Cemetery, located in the heart of Kandy. A solemn memorial to the sacrifice and valor of those who gave their lives during World War II. Established in 1958,maintained by the Commonwealth War Graves Commission.
    As visitors approach the entrance of the Kandy War Cemetery, they are greeted by impeccably manicured lawns and neatly arranged rows of white headstones, each bearing the name, rank, and regiment of a fallen soldier. The atmosphere is one of quiet reverence, with the only sounds being the rustle of leaves and the occasional chirping of birds.

  • Kandy Market Hall - Located in a historic buildings of Kandy, stalls and shops selling goods, ranging from fresh produce, spices, meat, fish, clothing, handicrafts, and souvenirs. The market is particularly famous for fresh meat, vegetables fruits among the locals and now we see lot’s of tourist visit to buy spices and gifts. Vendors display their wares in vibrant stacks and piles, creating a visual feast for the eyes. The air is filled with the heady aroma of spices and the sounds of bargaining and calling out the visitors buy from their shop.

  • Kandy View Point - The Kandy Viewpoint, also known as the Kandy City Viewpoint or Arthur’s seat, Offers visitors a breathtaking panoramic view. Situated atop a hilltop just a short distance from the city center, this viewpoint provides a stunning perspective of Kandy’s iconic landmarks, including the Temple of the Tooth Relic, Kandy Lake, and the surrounding mountain ranges.
    At the viewpoint itself, visitors can pause to take in the breathtaking scenery, capturing photographs of the panoramic landscape spread out before them.   • Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic - Sri Dalada Maligawa the temple of the tooth relic of Buddha is the main attraction, it’s architecture, decorative walls, golden roof, wood works, museums daily pooja’s ( religious services) in the morning, mid-day, and evening.
