Amazing trip - We booked this trip through Ivana in Dubrovnik. She was very detailed in explaining the trip and answered all of our questions. The price is great and so happy we went. We were picked up at 6:40 am and taken to our tour bus. We had a great tour guide that gave us a lot of history on Montenegro. The boat tour was breathtaking. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Ivana for suggesting this trip!

Day trip to Kotor from Cavtat and Dubrovnik - We had a lovely day trip visiting Our Lady of the Rocks Island and Kotor. We were collected by bus from our hotel in Cavtat and driven to Montenegro where we boarded a lovely old timber sailing boat. Those who have issues walking should be aware that there is a little walk from the bus to the boat over rough ground. On board we had brunch of bread, cheese and cold meat. The trip on the boat to Kotor via Our Lady of the Rocks was magical! And Kotor itself is gorgeous and worth a separate trip. We had a few hours to look around Kotor before getting the bus back to our hotel. Be aware it can take a bit of time to get through the border, but you just stay on the bus and it is all very smooth. All the staff during the day were great and we really enjoyed our trip. A big thank you to Claudia in Cavtat who booked the trip for us and helped us with information - a great recommendation, thank you Claudia!

Take this tour with another company - The sights are beautiful but this tour company is not the way to go. While the bus driver was an excellent driver, the tour company hired a guide without proper training. She was friendly but simply read scripts. The guide was from Argentina, not fluent in English or Croatian, and unfamiliar with the history. The tour guide at Montenegro was not enthusiastic and was on his cell phone between stops during the 30-minute tour. Finally, we were dropped off not at the point of pickup, rather at an unsafe highway. We expressed that we were uncomfortable returning from that location.

JUST DONT DO IT! Horrible Tour operator. - I pondered on writing this but I absolutely have to save others the heartache. DO NOT go on this tour through tripadvisor or this tour operator. We were picked up at 7am. We were driven about 10 minutes away and then the driver stopped on the side of the road and told us to get out because he had to go pick someone else up. It was freezing cold, we didn't know where we were and standing there waiting for someone. He said someone would come within 5 minutes, yet we were left there for about 20 minutes freezing. Another bus came and I asked the operator why they would do that to us. He said "Well what so you want me to do about it, it is what it is." I was in disbelief and said sir, you guys just left us in the middle of nowhere freezing. Then he said I'm the lowest paid person here...so what can I do. If it had not been for the other 6 clients I would have left. I was thoroughly embarrassed! As we ate heading in to Bosnia thr dame guy comes along to say I need 3 euros from everyone to pay the tax...This should have been in the ticket price. Everyone was upset and I'm sure other clients will co plain in their review. The worst part is we paid for an English tour. The lady that showed up late was clearly high on some sort of drugs and it was visibly noticeable. She was speaking everything except English, very fidgety and was called out by another attendee over giving incorrect information about the war in Kotor, Yugoslavia etc. She dismissed him. Several attendees left as it was unbearable. I was so embarrassed in front of my clients. This was the worst tour in the history of tours. What a wasted day. Other attendees shared the same opinion. While Perast and Montenegro was a beautiful place, this tour operator made it a bad memory. I never write reviews, but I had to save others from the disappointment; especially if you are an American and speak english.
