Wake up at Jade Mountain
Waking up to that view is just a dream. Infinity edge pools in every room combined with that view makes this is a strikingly unique place; there is really no where like it in the world.
Biking at Anse Mamin
This private beach is always has so few people on it but still has a terrific bar and grill. A short walk into the forest brings you to the ruins of a 17th Century French plantation which has bike trails running through it. Grab a guide a go for a fun and easy bike ride through the main trails or go on your own onto the side loops for a much more exciting ride.
Half day of sailing at Anse Chastanet
Go for a half day of sailing at Anse Chastanet, leave before lunch and eat on the boat while gently sailing up or down the georgeous island with a stop for a chance to snorkel on some of the best reefs in the Caribbean.
Scuba dive at Scuba St Lucia
Located right on the Anse Chastanet beach, if you still have the energy after the action packed day, head over to the Scuba shop and go diving! All the reefs are no more than 5-10 minutes away by boat and are some of the best in the Caribbean. Can't dive? Get certified! Or they also have a one day course so you can try it out.
Cocktail party at Jade Mountain
Head up to the top of Jade Mountain for the weekly cocktail party where you have a chance to meet other guests, the managers, and even the owners who actually designed and built the architectural marvel that is Jade Mountain. Great conversation, flowing champagne, and the most romantic view there is; there has never been a better combination.
Dinner on a private beach
Finish off the night with a private dinner on the beach or, if you really want something mind blowing, a dinner on a private beach! The entire beach of Anse Mamin is lit up with candles and you are the only ones there along with your waiters. There is so little around that the stars are perfectly clear in the night sky. It really is the ultimate romantic dinner.
I would stay at: Jade Mountain
Perfect views, butler service, every room has a pool, the rooms are enormous, access to two beaches, seven restaurants, and two spas; the list goes on endlessly. The only place I have ever found to be truly relaxing. As soon as you arrive the stress just melts away and stays away after that. As you lay floating in your personal infinity edge pool gazing at the view you'll begin to wonder why you would ever want to leave.
