Learn the right ingredients to have the right dug to make the ideal pasta for any sauce, and the different ways of storing fresh pasta. This class will give you the confidence and know-how to make colourful pasta, different pasta shapes. As well as creating a quick sauce to serve with your pasta. Once all the shaping, cutting and cooking is done, you’ll sit down with your teammates and enjoy the fruits of your labors preceded by an appetizer of mixed crostini sprinkled with fresh spices, such as rosemary, basil, chives and thyme, all picked from the Host garden, paired glass of wine — the ideal reward after a job well done! And last but not least enjoy a homemade dessert.
