Additional Information

Meet your guide in front of the tourist office in Epernay at 9:35am.

Drive by the Avenue de Champagne in Epernay and go to Le Clos Corbier: your e-bikes will be ready for you to ride.
Cycle through premier and grand cru villages, enjoy breathtaking views on the UNESCO world’s heritage vines of Champagne. Discover the village of Hautvillers, birthplace of Champagne and finish with a visit of the church where Dom Pérignon is buried.
Cycle alongside the Marne canal to make your way back to Le Clos Corbier, visit the cellars, taste different champagnes from the family domaine and learn about the champagne making process.
Enjoy a traditional lunch, made of regional specialties paired with champagnes : pâté croute, quiche, lentils, cheeses…
After a day full of memories, your guide will drop you off at 3:15pm in Epernay.

Electric bikes are heavier than regular bikes, it is required to be used to riding bikes.

In case of bad weather the tour will be operated by minibus instead.

Great day out - Had a fantastic day with Jerome, he was so knowledgeable about the history and very helpful with any questions we had. Fantastic experience on the e-bikes as well which made riding even on a very hot day super easy. The lunch and tastings included were delicious and did not leave you hungry or thirsty. Highly recommend this tour!

Perfect day trip from Paris - Absolutely perfect way to spend a day in France! LOVED biking through Epernay and the surrounding areas. The vineyards are beautiful and we loved learning about the champagne making process as we made our way through the tour. Chloe was our guide and she’s a wealth of knowledge about everything that goes into making champagne. We finished the bike part of the tour with a tour through a champagne house and a three course meal paired with wines from the area. It’s a perfect excursion from Paris as we took the train to and from Epernay as a day trip and it was super easy. Words can’t adequately sum up how much we enjoyed the entire experience!

Perfect day out in champagne country - What a fantastic tour! Riding the electric bikes through the vineyards and nearby villages was amazing. Beautiful and also fascinating - it gave great context to the champagne making process. Baptiste was an excellent guide. The group was great - perfect size - and the lunch and champagne tasting were delicious (and such a pretty venue). A perfect day!

Bike riding champagne food extravaganza - Great day with a spurn guide, Gerom was a great guy and looked after us all day, bikes were great, food was out of this world greasy and made from scratch! Champagne was delicious too! Well worth the money.

Great - Great experience. Great guide, good directions and contact. Champagne lunch at end was really delicious as well. Highly recommended. Only comment would be to give us intersection of streets where to meet rather than a street number as it was tough in google maps. But they were super helpful over the phone and we met up in short time.

One of the best days of our trip... - Our day with Thomas was a highlight of our trip to Epernay. Thomas was so knowledgable and the ride through the region was stunning. Lunch afterwards was absolutely delicious and we tasted 3 champagnes, a red wine and a liquer and toured the caves where some were made. We expected that we would cycle to different houses for tastings along the way and I was a bit nervous about how that would go, but the tastings were all at the end, after we finished biking through vineyards and small villages. It was a perfect day and I highly recommend this tour.

Best tour ever! - Thomas was so great! He’s so kind, funny and his relaxed demeanor made it very fun and relaxing to ride the e bikes throughout the vineyards. He went out of his way to call the company and allow me to join that day when something went wrong with my ticket. Thomas was awesome, the bike ride was SO fun and gorgeous and the mean was absolutely delicious! Everyone there was really nice and great, as well! This tour made me want to do a bike ride everywhere I travel now if possible. I will definitely be coming back again and bringing my family here :)

Informative and expertly guided - Périnée was a fabulous guide who explained champagne making, history geography etc all very interesting. The bike tour was excellent and the lunch and wine tasting satisfying.
