Incredible canyoning experience. - WHAT A TRIP. Unfortunately due to water levels the Bruar upper was off limits for our ultimate Bruar trip. Ben our guide was unbelievably helpful and took me and my fiancé to Tummel falls. This was a more abseiling based adventure with no jumps of natural water slides. This however worked out great. After a 15 minute walk up a steep hill we covered the basics with the ropes and carabiners. Then into the creek we went. We descended 10 waterfalls, two of which were massive! Ben our guide was superb! His knowledge and insight made our experience something quite special. Me and my fiancé had a blast and delighted we committed to a change of venue rather than rescheduling.

Confidence building - My 11 year old son son had a major loss of confidence at the first jump. The team Drew, Rory and Kirsten were brilliant at helping him down and building his confidence back up so that he could complete the canyoning trip. Their care and time turned a potentially negative experience for a young lad into a big positive. Well done to all those mentioned above.

A must do if you’re in the area - Really cool gorge walking trip today with my family. My son was too scared to carry on so was mainly just myself and my 16 year old daughter. We had an absolute blast with big jumps, scrambles and natural slides. Massive shout out and thanks to Rory who was so patient, kind and genuine

An unforgettable experience - Fantastic experience. The guides gave clear instructions, and were helpful and fun. The equipment is very good, and you feel safe, despite the fact you're climbing on and jumping from rocks into deep water! The scenery was beautiful. The more adventurous members of the group had plenty to challenge them, and there was support and alternative routes for the more cautious members. The phones and videos the guides took were great, too, and all included in the price.

Fantastic Bruar Canyoning Experience - What a fantastic trip. Honestly, if you ever wonder if you should or think it wont be that exciting as you already do lots of high adrenaline stuff, you'll be missing out. Its amazing. Its such a beautiful location, it feels remote and you get to see it, and the power of water, from such a different vantage point (the river). It has everything from 10m jumps into deep pools, water chutes, roped traversing, abseils under roofs into pools, its just a constant reason to smile. The Guides (Ben and Rory) engaging and super attentive. All instruction before you set off is backed up with trying it for yourself under watchful eyes and explanations for why things are done they way they are, especially the abseil equipment. Even if you forget as its all new information, you get full instruction as you go along. The group management by the guides was second to none; their group management meant us clients never wondered where we should be or what we should be doing. There was always close guide attention at traverses and abseils and anything that involved a jump into a pool or shoot down a rock chute with tips on what to expect and where to swim for. The equipment supplied is top quality, not at all battle scarred and threadbare. The wetsuit long john and jacket are super thick and together with the neoprene vest, socks and grippy boots do a good job of keeping you warm, comfortable and very buoyant. Even the helmets still have full padding inside! A nice touch is the offer of a change robe for getting changed into and out of the gear. There's plenty of parking at the meet point at House of Bruar car park. Like I said at the start, this is a fantastic experience, great value for money, something you'll really remember. We'll definitely be doing another...perhaps Dollar Glen. Bruar is awesome. Many thanks Ben and Rory.
