House of Bruar car park - Bruar is a very special place for canyoning in Scotland. Its first descent was over 15 years ago, and was one of the first canyoning venues opened in Scotland. It has exquisite waterfalls and rock features surrounded by beautiful pine forests. This canyon has everything to offer; awesome jumps ranging from 2meters to 10meters, flumes, vertical rock slides and awesome waterfall abseils. Bruar Canyon is non stop fun, with something for everyone! The canyon has a footpath running up the side, so its great for friends orfamily to come and watch, take photos and enjoy the canyon from a far.
The Bruar canyoning experience is one you will remember forever, and will leave you hooked on the sport. That’s a promise.
We only operate small groups for maximum experience and time with our instructors.

Canyoning Bruar Falls - This was the most fun and amazing thing I have done in years! Our guides, Amelia and Kiersten were top notch. It was the perfect mix of thrill/adventure while still laughing and smiling the whole way. If you are thinking about doing it- do it! I would recommend for anyone who loves water, adventure and fun! Ask for Amelia and Kiersten!

Amazing afternoon! - Amazing afternoon at Bruar Falls. The guides were excellent and made us feel at ease despite us never trying gorge walking before. You can do whatever you feel comfortable doing. Be brave and go for the big jumps or be not so brave (like me) and do the smaller ones. Highly recommend!

Brilliant Experience! - We had the BEST time canyoning with Amelia!
Me, my friend and my dad went as a group of 3 (ranging in confidence) and we couldn’t have had a better experience.
The whole process was made easy, the kit was brilliant and kept us warm for our entire 2 hours - even the safety talk was fun!
Amelia was just the loveliest person, obviously very experienced at what she does and brilliant at finding the perfect balance between encouraging you to push out of your comfort zone but also allowing you to do the features in your own time. I never expected to do everything we were presented with and I was so chuffed that I did! We will definitely return on our next trip to Scotland and are keen to try it out more locally to where we live as well. Thank you so much Amelia and The Canyoning Company - would definitely recommend you to all!

Perfect Ending to a Perfect Trip - Our canyoning trip was the final day of our time in Scotland. It had a high bar to meet since the rest of the week was perfect in every way. It not only met that bar, it pole vaulted over that bar! My kids are already talking about “next time”. The trip could not have been more perfect!

backward jumps i didnt dare to do, never in my life. - We had so much fun. The two guides were amazing friendly and so special with their backward jumps.
Our volleyballteam is still complete after this experience.
