Wonderful agency with unique service from Julio - We stayed in Cusco from the 6th until 13/06/24. Still in Brazil, we (my sister and I) got in touch with Júlio to find out about tours and prices. He responded to us immediately, sent us tour options, answered all our questions, gave us tips on what to do on our free day. I had difficulty breathing due to the height and every time he asked how I was and if I wanted a doctor to come here to the hotel. We only "worried" about buying our tickets and accommodation, because everything else Julio organized, arrival transfers, all tour tickets, transfers back home, was organized by him. It informed tour times and how they were going to happen. Anyway, I highly recommend this agency and especially Julio. He is unique, wonderful and very attentive. Perfection is the name ❤️🇵🇪 - I'm super excited so far, Julius was unique, all the tours were perfect, without any stress or headaches, impeccable. We completed 6 days of tours, all of which were wonderful. You can close with them without fear, the staff are very honest, with hearts that don't fit in their chests. Requires sacrifice - I do not recommend, it is an exhausting experience that is not worth it especially for those presenting any kind of limitation, we woke up early, we faced more than 4 hours of ride and the same time back, the road is very risky and there is no good support of guides, breakfast and lunch very bad, we went in 4 and we only managed to make half the route because the altitude is really very difficult!
