Rodrigo was an amazing guide - This was an amazing experience. The length of the stay in the rainforest was perfect. We did the 3D/2N and it was a perfect amount. Our guide Rodrigo was amazing and we learned a lot about the wildlife, fruits and plants. He answered all of our questions and did an amazing job. Thank you so much Rodrigo. He was a 10/10 Guide

Unforgettable Amazonia journey - Had really great time during this tour, the arrangements of the tour is good, not too tired also did a lot of things, our tour guide he is really knowledgeable with a lot of experience which is so fascinating, the food was surprisingly nice, ppl who wanna hotel level stay might find the lodge very basic, but it’s very nice for me as we stay in the real natural and it got mosquito net.

An amazing experience -... - An amazing experience - there were a lot of tours of the rainforest, seeing different animals at different times/locations. The guide Samuel was lovely. The food was delicious, the lodgings are very nice. I really recommend it.

Perfectoo - Great experience all around, if you go in August to September, everything will not be as green, but it was still beautiful. Saw way more animals that I would’ve expected, pool was nice, meals were very good, and Elmer our tour guide was top tier!!

Very good to see wildlife ! - Everything is well planned and you can see a lot of animals ! Our guide Samuel was nice and well knowledged. The food was good and plenty - no one is starving here. The rooms are mostly clean but they don’t bother removing spider webs and stuff in corners, also the pool was a bit dirty and therefore wasn’t inviting to swim in. Those are the only “negative” things though, hence one star less. Besides that, you only sleep there anyway, the days are packed with jungle excursions, boat tours etc.

Insights into the djungle - I can recommend this tour and the stay at Amazon eco lodge. We had an amazing guide who spoke very good English. I slept very well in the lodge, food was good and we had time to relax in between that we could spend at the pool or by watching monkeys, birds or other wildlife from the hammock at the lodge area. WiFi at the common area available. It is a eco lodge, so all depending on solar energy. Electricity worked :) water was not hot but best temperature for humidity and high degrees outside .:) I liked the experience We saw many animals in our activities and learned a lot about the djungle

Great way to explore the Amazon - It’s quite an adventure! Well organised and well looked after. Tito was a lovely guide, who has lived an interesting life. The activities have you feeding monkeys, swinging through the rainforest and seeing lots of different creatures. Be prepared for mosquitos, spiders and more. The food was ok and the accomodation was clean but not the most comfortable.

:) Great Experience, But please read - Very good experience, would 100% recommend. Things i wish i knew prior to going so that it can help others. I thought we would be staying outside/ or in a place with limited facilities. You are in luck; dont do what i did and buy a mosquito net and the lot as you stay on a lodge with your own room and private bathroom (mosquito nets are already provided). Brilliant tour guide, good group of people on my tour and was able to see so many different animals. My highlight was the lakes :) Food very good and cater for all dietary requirements. Buy bug spray; you'll need it. Wonderful experience, so so happy i done it. Thank you so much. Only Issue I Had. I had paid seperately at an additional cost to do the zipline & all other people on my tour confirmed they had not paid an extra costs and they were all allowed to partake in the activity. I did question this at the time with the office and was told that they couldnt refund me and that they would getting the money from the other travellers (of course i know that cannot happen as they had all left at that point). They really should of provided us with a refund and for that they lose a star.

Jungle - The jungle tour itself was fun and our guide knew how to find and tell about many animals. The Lodge was also good, big enough for me alone. Shower did not have cattle water and no powerful jet. Large mosquito net present. Request for my vegetarian diet was indicated in advance and yet the cook could not prepare anything properly. It was a surprise with every meal if I would get something to eat. Everyone had almost finished the meal and after many times asking if there was anything prepared for me did not really arrive in the kitchen. I have experienced this as very annoying. I ate badly there. During the free hours after an activity you couldn't really enjoy nature because both days all afternoon grass was mowed with a terrible noisy lawnmower. The third day you are just waiting for the 3.30pm boat back and you have to go. 9:00 am checked out. In hindsight, I wouldn't stick around and try to take the morning boat back if possible and go into town. Plenty to do there and many dining options. I have given a pass because the environment is very beautiful and you can see many birds, otters, crocodiles and insects. I would be picked up by bus at the Bus Terminal of Tambopata on arrival at 06:00. I wasn't picked up until 7.30pm, I didn't like that start as long as waiting at a station that's extinct at that hour and where there are only taxi drivers who keep trying to offer you a taxi.
