• Vinicunca Mountain - Embark on a journey through uncharted territories of wild desert terrains, towering snow-capped mountains, roaming alpaca herds, culminating in the discovery of the ‘Rainbow Mountain’ nestled deep within the Andes.
  As you traverse your path, you’ll wander through a lush green valley with the majestic Ausangate mountain looming in the backdrop. You’ll gain insight into the mountain life of the locals and have the chance to converse with them. Nearing Rainbow Mountain, the initial hints of the colorful minerals that create the picturesque hillsides will become apparent. Your guide will share insights into the formation of the ‘Rainbow Mountain’, and with a final effort, you’ll ascend to a vantage point offering a panoramic view of the stunning landscape that constitutes this hallowed ground in Cusco - Peru.

Hotel pick up with our tourist transportation between 4:30 am and 5:00 am (central and easy-to-reach locations are advised).
It’s about a 2 hour journey to Cusipata-Paucarpata.
A buffet breakfast is provided at 7:20 am (please notify us of any vegetarian or other dietary requirements).
Breakfast is followed by a 40 minute drive to the checkpoint.
We arrive at Llaqto, the checkpoint, at 8:40 am.
We’ll pause for sightseeing at the snowy peak of Wiñay Ritty (eternally young).
It’s a beautiful 1 hour 20 minutes walk from there to the colorful mountain at an elevation of 5020 masl.
Enjoy a breathtaking view of the seven colors mountain and take some time to rest and photograph the scenery.
Afterwards, we’ll walk back to Llaqto where our vehicle, and lunch, will be waiting.
Arrival to the city of Cusco between 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm, drop off near the city’s central square.
Groups typically consist of 15 to 18 individuals.
