Embark on a journey back in history to acquire knowledge about the ancient Incan civilization, and observe the lifestyle of their current progeny, on this day-long expedition to Peru’s Sacred Valley of the Incas. In the company of your intimate group and a bilingual leader, explore renowned attractions in the Sacred Valley such as Pisac, Ollantaytambo, and Chincheros. Enjoy a visit to a weaving center to witness demonstrations of dyeing and weaving processes, and pause at the famed Chincheros market to purchase locally produced mementos before heading back to Cusco at the day’s conclusion.
- A current valid passport is required on the day of travel
- If you prefer, you can end the tour in Ollantaytambo train station at 4:00pm so you can take your connection train to Aguas Calientes and Machu Picchu.

Highly recommend this tour! - Luis was a very knowledgeable guide, we really enjoyed the trip! We loved seeing the animal sanctuary and feeding the llamas, as well as the archeological sights. We did it on our first full day in Cusco and we didn't have issues with the altitude.

Sacred Valley - connection Aguas Calientes - We did the tour accompanied by the guide Samuel, which was excellent! We meet Pisaq and Ollantaytambo, and we follow by train to Aguas Calientes. All within the planned.

PERFECT INTRO YOUR PERUVIAN ADVENTURE!! - This was a 6 star experience. PERFECT intro to all things SACRED in Peru with our world class guide BERNI and driver David. I couldn't say enough good things about this tour. It set the tone for all of our upcoming events in Peru (Salkantay Trek, Machu Picchu, Ruins in the Cusco area, and Rainbow Mountain). Berni is from the Sacred Valley and he took us on the most incredible journey- not only to all of the important cultural sites that make up his heritage, but he took us back in a TIME MACHINE and helped immerse us into what
this magical land was all about at the height of the Inca Empire. Incredible attention to detail and a vast knowledge about of all things Inca. It was an absolute pleasure to be invited into his special world and we carried what he taught us with us for the remainder of our journeys through Peru. Also, an insanely good lunch (Alpaca and Cuy!). The travel advice he gave us was worth the price of this tour alone!!!! Peru will always hold a special
place in my heart and so much of that I owe to

Amazing! - The Agency was very attentive from the hotel to the guide Sandro, who guided us well, explained the history, the details of the Inca architecture and customs until suggesting what to do until the departure from Ollamtaytambo to Aguas Calientes. It is a tour has all its charm, with the explanation of the location and meaning of the sacred valley, to the stunning landscapes we saw. They were very attentive with us, especially in the well being when we climbed almost 3600 m altitude. Since our tour did not include lunch, the option we took is the hanka, as good as the other one that is reserved.

Super local and thoughtful guide - Sorry that we have forgotten the name but our guide is simply amazing - born and raised in Cusco, able to share many local happenings and culture, like Sunday markets and red flagged family bars, ensuring us not missing any taste of the region.
Our team is small in only 4 pax incl us, and easy to communicate so we can reach decision like skipping lunch stop for earlier arrival to train station and skipping jewellery shop in mutual respect way (good tour-mates we have). Pick up is smooth at our hotel door. We learnt so much along the way from our guide - languages of Quechua, historical culture and changes, all plants and nature that helps Inca to survive in old time. The guide also helpful to bring us to train station, make sure we know what to do to be on board and not missed. (4 of us all stopped the tour at Ollantaytambo).
Happy with what we have:) and thanks again for the arrangement. It has been one of the most rewarding tour we have.

Interesting - We were picked up at the hotel at the agreed time, we visited a local community where we fed Alpacas and Ilhamas, then we followed through the Sacred Valley, we passed through several places to the Olantaytambo train station, where we had lunch before taking the train. By the way I recommend the restaurant of the station, delicious pasta.

Highly Recommended! - What an incredible experience to round up the Cuzco tour! Our tour guide was very patient, kind, and educated! We had a great group of tourists from the U.S., India, Puerto Rico and myself (Armenia). Everyone jived so well together; and we had a fantastic tour guide who made the experience of this beautiful tour unforgettable. Everything was amazing, from start to finish - in fact, my flight got significantly delayed, but the company manager, Fredi from the tour company worked with me to get a taxi to the airport, pick me up and take me to the site directly so I could still make it to most of the sites! What a kind human being, and a lovely company to go out of their way for that. While I missed the mummies and feeding the alpacas, I still made it to the gorgeous Sacred Valley site, and the rest of the tour was an absolute gem! Highly recommend :)

Highly recommended - The visit to the alpaca, llama, and other sanctuary. Didn’t actually go into “a”Sacred Valley, but was taught about why the area was called Sacred Valley. Loved the jewelry store and loved the ruins. Albeit, it was a tough climb up to the top, the view was amazing.

Luise and Juan Rocked this Tour! - Luise is a philosoher and a poet. He encouraged us when the going got tough(thin air) and helped us fall in love with Peruvian culture. Restaurant for lunch was impressive!

Climb Ollantaytambo - Visit to Ollantaytambo was wonderful. The Inca fortress on top of the hill requiring a strenuous climb was an excellent break from riding in the van.
