Excellent Experience, Excellent Guide, Highly Recommend! - Our family loved this tour! We opted for a private tour since our daughter is 7 years old and we typically like to look at sights quickly. Our guide, Sandro, was fantastic. His English was excellent, he shared a ton of interesting information with us at each stop and was a joy to have as a guide. My daughter asked to do another tour with him (unprompted) because “he really understands kids - he has kids so he knows”. I highly recommend this tour and Sandro!

Amazing Trip and very accommodating - There was a little car trouble in the beginning but they made sure to resolve this issue very quickly to begin the trip. Domingo was very informative, patient, and very accommodating to our limited mobility needs!! The highlight of the trip was going to the alpaca farm and learning how to make the alpaca garments!! The restaurant had amazing food and great entertainment! I would recommend this excursion a lot especially for people who may have limited mobility but still want to see all the fun sites!

Must do- thank you Sandro! - We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day tour of the sacred valley with our expert guide Sandro, and a very skilled driver, Ernesto! We were communicated with days in advance, picked up in a comfortable van on time, made multiple incredible stops where we learned a lot of history and also had time for wonderful photos, and had a delicious lunch as well! Can’t thank Sandro enough!

Best tour guide in Cusco! - Our guide was Domingo and he was great! We did the Cusco half day city tour with him and the two day Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu Tour. He and the driver came on time to pick us up at the hotel. He never rushed us during the tour especially because two in our group needed more extra time. He explained well and answered all our questions. We became a family or as he said in Quechua, Panakas. I really recommend the company and especially Domingo!

Totally amazing! Thanks to Domingo!! - Domingo made the trip amazing! He is so knowledgeable and his insights are fascinating! He brings a real energy and passion to the topic and made the history of the Incas come alive. His love for the culture and his people comes thru with his own personal stories. We can’t wait to come back!

Memorable trip - We had a wonderful and memorable trip with Domingo as-our guide and Benjamin : our driver . We did Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu and Polcoyo Rainbow mountain hike. Initially contacted Fredy on WhatsApp and everything was arranged and all questions were answered . Fredy even picked us up from Cuzco airport when we arrived late due to some flight delays . We had requested for a 4* hotel at Aguascalientes . They booked a very good one at Tierra Viva. Their restaurant food was excellent. Domingo has a wealth of information and useful tips. Overall excellent . Thank You

The visit to Sacred... - The visit to Sacred Valley is a must. I gave a 4-star review only because our guide’s English was very primitive. The vehicle was nice, clean and air conditioned.

Not VIP- combined with different tour types and chaotic - There were a lot of avoidable hiccups with this tour and it was clear they had combined a bunch of different reservations into one group. We were rushed and running everywhere and the guide said it was because people were taking too long and it was a 2 days in one tour but: 1) it wasn’t advertised that way and 2) I was the first pickup of the day and they were late…so I know for fact some responsibility was on the tour agency. In addition, I booked an English tour and it had mostly Spanish speakers…so most of the conversations were in Spanish and I had to remind the guide to include English too. Logistics were tough (lunch was at 3 different places pending what you booked), and I had to keep informing my guide that my tickets and hotel return were included. Instead, they dropped everyone in a central location, and paid a taxi to take me back to the hotel when they realized it was included. Everything worked out fine but the reason I booked a “VIP” tour was to avoid these types of hassles…not just placed in a cab with someone who doesn’t speak English. That’s the type of thing the premium price tag is supposed to cover. Instead the cab almost got into an accident and had a verbal altercation with the other driver….definitely not the white glove I expected of ViP
