Great experience - A great day trip. 2 vineyards visited. One - smaller family, authentic. Visitors receive a delicious traditional lunch. Sailing is an opportunity to admire the Douro River. The second vineyard is a little less impressive, nothing to look at, but Port wine is available for tasting. The whole trip was made especially fun by the best guide - Ricardo Ribeiro. He told a lot of interesting things and was like a friend - entertaining, caring. Additional success - enjoy Ricardo!

Take this tour for a unique and comprehensive Duoro River Valley experience - The excursion was a super way of experiencing the diversity of the Duoro wine region in 1 day with a excellent guide. Thank you Catia, you were superb. We enjoyed it all and you took such good care of us, especially with one our party having a bit of difficulty walking. Our best day so far in Portugal

Totally worth it! - The tour was great overall. Ivo is a great guide, and very entertaining. The wine tasting and the port tasting were great. However, word of advice, do not do a wine tasting first thing in the morning without any food in your belly. Your whole day might be spoiled. The lunch seemed delicious but I could not eat anything as I felt sick. I still enjoyed the beautiful view, of the terrace vineyards and the winding roads and the Douro Valley and River. The tour is absolutely worth it, I will have to do it one more time to fully enjoy the tasting.

Passeio and Douro Valley wine tour - Ricardo was an excellent guide and driver. Knowledgeable and good sense of humor. Great choice of vinyards. Wines and lunch were great. Vineyard tours were informational and interesting.

Excellent tour - Excellent tour. Everyone involved was really professional and helpful. Great communication and our guide and driver, the 2 Josefs were excellent. Lovely boat trip, nice port wine tasting. Beautiful winery lunch and tasting. If you're seriously into wine this is not the tour for you but it was perfect for us. Thank you

Great day in Douro - My friends and I loved this tour! Milena was a fantastic guide with great perspective on the region, Portuguese history, and modern day Portugal. She has a lovely sense of humor that made everything really fun. The tour itself includes everything you’d want in a Dour day: wine, views, and a boat ride. The lunch food is mediocre but everything else was 10/10.

Wonderful day - Superb day with Gustavo, discovery of the Douro valley, with all the comments from the guide who spoke perfect French. The tastings, the meal, the general organization was perfect. No superfluous, just enough, keep it up. The group of 6....

Good for some - If you just want to get out to the Duoro for the day, this is great. We were staying in the Duoro, so we found the tour a little skimpy, 2 tastings a lot of waiting on the bus or shuttling the group for one spot to another, then getting the other half of group etc. lunch wasn’t awesome, tours were interesting. There was about 32 people on the tour.

Uber expensive! - We actually liked the tour and the guide but we were given conflicting pick up information that found up costing us 93+ Euros to get to the Régua train station when we could have been picked up (like the other members of the group) in Porto civic center area for free. Is there some thing you can do to offset these charges or give credit for the future? I can supply the Uber receipt.

To avoid... unless you are very flexible - The activity sold was not the one that was agreed. The one that took place: - Did not have the same start time at all (It started much later) - Did not have the same end time at all (It finished much later) - Had a few less activities than those announced - Did not have the same level of comfort as announced at all - the bus had no air conditioning even though it was hot - Made me miss my train to Porto at the end - Made me miss a show for which I paid a ticket The guild of the company and his colleague in charge with whom he was talking on the phone initially refused to buy me tickets for the next train, suggesting that I ask for a full refund instead. However, the refund was later refused on the grounds that the day before the activity I had been informed by email that it would start later. Although the activity itself was enjoyable, this whole situation ruined our day.
