This tour is led by a local guide who was born and raised in Douro Valley. It’s an authentic experience limited to a maximum of 6 people. We prioritize making you feel welcome and part of the family. We will visit 3 fantastic family estates, walk through the vineyards, and taste high-quality red, white, and rosé table wines, as well as the exquisite Port wine. You’ll also enjoy olive oil tastings and delicious Portuguese food. Our tour begins by picking you up from your hotel or the train station in Peso da Régua, Vila Real, Lamego, or the Douro Valley area. We’ll stop at one of the most beautiful viewpoints in Douro Valley to enjoy the view with a nice glass of wine. After this, we’ll take you to a restaurant that serves delicious typical Portuguese food. After lunch, we’ll visit a small Portuguese Quinta (estate). Following this visit, we’ll head to another winery. After visiting the three wineries, the tour concludes, and we will take you back to your accommodation. Wineries are included in the price. Lunch is not included.
