Highlight of our Visit! - To start off with, we had a difficult group to please: we had one person with limited ability to walk AND children AND food restrictions. But our guides (Carlos and Bruno) were absolutely charming and made an unforgettable experience for us all! They were so attentive to us, they made us laugh, they made every activity seamless (and delicious), and most of all they taught us so much about the region and about making port wine. We enjoyed each of the stops along the way, and we appreciated how they went the extra mile every time (the pastries during the wine tasting was a master touch!). The company arranged all payments by credit card, too, so everything was easy. I couldn't recommend this tour more highly!

Great customized experience - We just did a private wine and boat tour with Leandro and was a great experience The places we visited were great, it was a customized experience for my family and Leandro was an outstanding guide, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and went out of his way to accommodate our needs Fully recommended

Highly competent and extremely friendly tour guides - We took a customized Douro valley day tour that combined train, boat and van conveyance, combined with wine quinta visit. Jose was the perfect guide, friendly and attentive to all the details. The crew on the boat were also super. Based on the people factor alone I would have given this 5 stars, but there were one or two areas (which can surelly be improved upon) why I settled for 4 stars. The wine, cheese, appetizers and desserts were all great, the main course lunch was somewhat below expectation. The boat ride, although pleasant, was distracted by disel smell that seemed to linger under the plastic canopy (it was a cold windy day, so covered). But the port served within the boat was excellent stuff. Wish the tour company accepted charge cards. Overall we had a super time and I would highly recommend this outfit.
