Great experience overall - Glen was an outstanding tour guide. His knowledge and friendliness made a big difference. We loved the experience. Cole the driver was also brilliant. The views we saw on the hike were incredible. Please do respect the signs though when it says not to take photographs, it’s really important.

Super special. Really worth it. - What a place. The Valley of the Winds was thrilling. Our guides were three young women - Italian, English and Australian - who did their best to meld our small group of five. But it was the walk that was so special. There is no photography permitted in the Valley of the Winds because this is a sacred men's site. Somehow this makes it even more special. You are forced to be present not TAKE pictures and instead take it in. If you have the time and have a reasonable degree fitness (because there is some rock scrambling and hiking a bit uphill) do this tour.

Breathtaking views, great tour guides. - The valley of the winds hike was my favourite in the park. It isn't hard if you are moderately fit and go in the morning before it gets hot. You do need proper hiking shoes/boots thigh as the trail is very rocky. Dan the tour guide was a great communicator. He gave us insight into the geological and cultural history of Kata-Tjuta. We were well looked after and the views were stunning. Well worth it.

“Valley of the Winds tour is a must-do.” - The tour guide, Jim, was fantastic, and AAT King had excellent area knowledge. This time, I did the Walpa Gorge part with my mum (80). But if you are fit, you must do the Valley of Winds, as it's the best hike I have ever done.

Well worth the early morning start 🌅 - Watching the sunrise over Uluru and a rainbow over Kata Tjuta as it was raining are memories we will never forget. Such an accomplishment to complete the walk through the Valley of the Winds and be 1% who get to see streams and waterfalls in Kata Tjuṯa. The guided tour by AAT Kings was excellent and due to weather conditions was adapted accordingly to our abilities.

Best one of our 4 tours😀 - We loved this tour! The sunrise views of Ulura & Kata Tjuṯa were amazing. The hike was tough but so worth the effort. Our guides, Glen, Rob, Tim, Christine, Col were outstanding. Glen’s knowledge & personal life experiences he shared with our group was the best part of our experience. We highly recommend booking this trip!!!

Kata Tjuta truly memorable. - Great guides and bus driver, very friendly and professional. Nice breakfast provided, lots of choices. Viewing sunrise behind Uluru and on Kata Tjuta very memorable. Flies were a problem but a fly net over our hats solved that. Thankfully the guide was honest about the difficulty of the Valley of Winds hike which is a category 4 hike. We took the alternative Walpa Gorge hike which is Category 3. Easier for 70yr olds. Entering the gorge is mainly uphill. Experiencing being surrounded by the mighty rocks and indigenous stories made the day truly memorable.

Average - Moreso a transport service. - More suited to the not so fit person. I did this as I read alot of reviews saying the track was extremely challenging. If you are fit, you would be more than capable to do this yourself as I was frustrated with the stop/start/slow pace (which resulted in not being able to complete the full circuit). Better off getting the Hop On Hop Off bus at better value to include Uluru. Breakfast is nothing more than some prepackaged bars/nuts/cereal. Save your money. For those less confident or with a lower ability - then I would def recommend! Tour guides were lovely and I felt for them having to accommodate everyone.
