Phakding - Morning flight from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,800 meters). Six-hour trek to Phakding (2,652 meters).
Phakding is a quaint village in Nepal’s Khumbu region, situated in the Dudh Kosi river valley, just north of Lukla and south of Monjo, at an elevation of 2,610 meters. It has been part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1979.
Day 2: Phakding to Namche Bazaar
Namche Bazaar - Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440 meters). Acclimatization day at Namche Bazaar.
Namche Bazaar is a town in the Khumbu Pasanglhamu Rural Municipality within the Solukhumbu District of Province No. 1 in northeastern Nepal. Located in the Khumbu area at 3,440 meters at its lowest point, it is built on the sides of a hill. Many Sherpas involved in tourism hail from the Namche area.
Day 3: Namche Bazaar to Tengboche
Tengboche - Approximately seven-hour trek to Tengboche (3,860 meters).
Tengboche is a village in the Khumbu Pasanglhamu rural municipality in the Khumbu subregion of Province No. 1 in Nepal, situated at 3,867 meters. The village is home to the significant Buddhist monastery, Tengboche Monastery, the largest gompa in the Khumbu region, built in 1923.
Day 4: Tengboche to Dingboche
Dingboche - Approximately seven-hour trek to Dingboche (4,410 meters).
Dingboche is a Sherpa village at an altitude of 4,410 meters in the Khumbu region of northeastern Nepal. As of 2011, its population was estimated to be around 200.
Day 5: Dingboche - Acclimatization Day
Dingboche - Acclimatization day at Dingboche. Short hikes around the area for acclimatization. Rest day.

Day 6: Dingboche to Lobuche
Lobuche - Eight-hour trek to Lobuche (4,910 meters).
Lobuche is a small settlement near Mount Everest in Nepal’s Khumbu region. It is one of the final overnight stops with lodging on the “trail to base camp,” a route trekkers take on their way to Everest Base Camp via the standard southeast route.
Day 7: Lobuche to Gorak Shep - Everest Base Camp
Everest Base Camp - Trek to Gorak Shep (5,160 meters). Hike to Everest Base Camp (5,364 meters).
Today marks the journey to the final destination, Everest Base Camp.
Day 8: Gorak Shep to Kala Patthar - Pheriche
Kala Patthar - Early morning hike to Kala Patthar for sunrise views. Descend to Pheriche (4,240 meters).
