Great experience for what we did. Overheard bad about others - Great experience. All taken care of throughout the day and had a great lunch. However we did hear from other groups that the elephants in one of the options were not treated well

Trip as described - Itinerary of the day as described. Friendly staff. We were packed in like sardines on the speed boat. Maya bay was so busy and like a conveyor belt of tourists walking round a guided path. The swimming and snorkelling opportunities were fab. Lunch was good and included in the price - it was at a private restaurant. You do follow lots of other speed boats doing the same thing. It was a long day door to door over 13 hours for us due to traffic.

Fun time! - The rafting was great, we did the hard course for 8km. The boat captains worked hard and knew what they were doing. The zip line was ok. Supplied food was pretty average. Overall a good time.

THE BOAT LEFT ME ON PHI PHI ISLAND! - DO NOT TAKE THIS TOUR! If you're late to the pick up location, you WILL be left behind. I got very lost during our stop on Phi Phi island, I had no number to call for the boat so I made every effort to get to the meeting spot. By the time I made my way the boat was gone. No one tried to contact me, and they had no intention of coming back for me. I was left on the island at night by myself with no clean dry clothes and no where to stay. No more boats were leaving that night so I had to hire a private boat for 10,000 baht ($440 AUD) to get back to the mainland so I could make my flight home the following day. When I finally got a hold of someone from the agency I was yelled at and told it was all my fault and that they would not take any responsibility. The best they offered was to collect me 24hrs later when the next tour came to the island. I have never been so scared, I was literally sobbing on the phone and they refused to help me.

Horrible experience - The overall experience was quite bad. The rafting experience was not exciting AT ALL in the first 5km, you only can feel the thrill in the additional 2km, so it’s a waste of time if you join the 5km rafting only. It was raining that day and the water was freezing but then the staff thought it was funny splashing water on my back! For the zipline part, safety was horrible. The safety gear was damp and half broken. Lunch was ok at the campsite, but we waited for 2 hours for the others to play the stuff that we didn’t enroll. Worse still, the tour guide didnt bring us to the waterfall and monkey cave. We went there by ourselves only and we didnt know what we were looking at. It was a very long journey from patong area to the campsite, it took us more than 3 hours for the round-trip transfer, not to mention our waiting time.
