Take a deep dive into the Revolutionary period. - What a wonderful museum! We bought tickets with the audio guides which really enhanced our experience with the exhibits. The unexpected highlight was the presentation of George Washington's war tent - very touching. We spent about 3 hours in the museum and highly recommend it to take a deep dive into the Revolutionary period of American history.

A Must See When In Philadelphia! - My husband and I did the audio tour. Booking online was easy and many times to choose from. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and all the museum has to offer! So much to learn here.

Renew Your History! - Our docent Blaise gave a terrific tour of this fabulous museum. During Covid, I had used two of their Zoom programs so I was excited to see the real thing in person. I was blown away. It has the best displays and interactive parts.

Great museum...do the audio guide and highlights tour! - There were so many museums to choose from in Philly and this one didn't seem to be ranked anywhere. It certainly should be! It's new, well planned, and thought provoking. The audio guide was worthwhile and struck a good balance of enough but not too much information. I entered at 1pm and didn't think there would be any way to spend 4 hours at the museum but the time flew by. I spent 2 hours on my own before joining Marc's "Highlights" tour. I figured he would cover much of what I had already seen...not at all. The hour with Marc passed almost too quickly as he connected stories of the revolution with current events. Seeing Washington's tent was inspiring. Four hours was not quite enough and I found myself listening to the last of the audio guide as I approached the desk to return it at closing time. Well worth a visit!

Awesome Museum! - This place is a real treasure! It is very clean and well arranged . Washington's Tent display is must see. We didn't do the audio tour but wish we did because the order you need to go through is sometimes a bit confusing but even if you go through a display backwards it is still very neat.
