Loved our Tour - We really enjoyed our time. Marty our guide was super knowledgeable (he used to be a history teacher) so we enjoyed all he could share. The folks in Lancaster are so kind and willing to tell you about their goods and services. We had a great visit at the village and lots of time w the animals. So much to see! Just awesome! The Amish are very welcoming.

A Fun Day Trip to Amish Country from Philadelphia - Today, we took A Day Trip to Amish Country from Philadelphia, and it turned out to be a really enjoyable experience, thanks to our guide, Britnni. From the moment we met her, we felt like we were traveling with a friend. Her warmth and friendly personality made the day feel relaxed and personal, setting the tone for a great experience. As foodies, we were especially excited about the food, and Britnni absolutely delivered. She knows all the hidden gems in Amish Country—places to eat, shop, and explore that you wouldn’t find without insider knowledge. From homemade Amish pies to fresh, farm-made snacks, every stop was a treat. Britnni’s recommendations were spot-on, and we loved trying all the delicious, authentic flavors. We got a glimpse into the peaceful, simple life of the Amish. It was refreshing to see how they live in peace, following traditions, far removed from the hustle and bustle of city life. The day was perfectly paced, with just the right mix of learning, eating, and sightseeing. Britnni kept things moving smoothly, but we never felt rushed. She even shared a few fun facts about Philadelphia, which added a nice touch to the trip and kept things interesting throughout. A special “Hi” to Britnni’s grandma, who we hear loves reading reviews! We hope you’re doing well, and we want you to know that your granddaughter’s kindness and knowledge made our day even better. If you’re looking for a fun and informative day trip to Amish Country with great food, hidden gems, and a peaceful look into Amish life, we definitely recommend this tour with Britnni. It was a great way to get out of the city and enjoy everything this beautiful, quiet region has to offer

Eye opening experience into Amish country - The Amish countey tour was eye-opening. Despite going during the off season, the guide and tour operator still delivered the full experience. Highlight was the Amish villaage with the re-creation of the living quarters, school houses and the collection of all the intricate antiques. The owner also share numerous stories about the background and lifestyles of the Amish people. Lastly, I want to give a shout out to the tour manager, Brittni, she was amazing because she takes care of all the full day arrangement with the itinerary and driving. Brings you around Lancaster county with insider knowledge around town. I enjoyed myself!

A great day out learning about the Amish - Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Made the day very enjoyable. He answered all questions we had and provided us with an extensive knowledge of the Amish. The lunch location he took us too was a fantastic choice as it was run by the local Amish people. Was also happy to be the photographer.
