Great way to see the sights of the sights of Philadelphia - We really enjoyed this tour. It was fun, interesting and educational. Our guide was great-knowledgeable and entertaining. A great way to see the sights of the city.

Forgotten history - I left Philly 20+ year ago (via military service) and had forgotten all the rich history of this city. The tour guides were wonderful and full of knowledge. I would do this tour again. It's must for visitors.

Hop on hop off bus Philly - Seat were wet from rain and no offer to dry them off for guests. On one portion, the guide spoke so fast that no one could understand him. First guide was excellent

Philly tour with baby cuz!!! - I did not know that BF had his own school or museum (whatever that was we passed by with his big picture in front) and I didn't realized how much he inititated int he city of Philadelphia!! It was great, I just wish that the hostess talking was a little louder or the mic a little louder.

Philadelphia Bus Tour Review - I enjoyed the narrator very much. He was very knowledgeable and added humor effectively. The guided tour was about 1-1/2 hours long, and this was the right length. The only change I would suggest was following the stop points in map order. This wasn't always done.

The tour is worth it, I didn't like the long wait being picked up - The first part of the tour was good, got off to see the mint, waited for over a hour to be picked up, finally called the company to see if they were coming, bus pulled up went to get on said they were on break, I would have to wait for another bus. Felt like I wasted part of my day waiting

Terrible experience! - This was a terrible experience! Buses are supposed to run every 20 minutes, well don’t get in a hurry. We found a bus at 3:34 at one of the stops and we were told that was a show bus but there was one across the street that would be leaving in 6 minutes. We went there only to be told they had stopped for the day. They sent us down the street to another one only to find that they had at least 50 people waiting. We finally got on a bus at 4:00. Customer service was pretty bad, as well.

One sided view of Philly - Nice weather for upper deck. Minimal history of city or sights. Overly Afrocentric descriptions of city. Guide seemed hell bent on making us feel bad about our history

Lackluster Experience - This tour was very disorganized. It was definitely not 20 min intervals between buses. The live tracking didn't work. Trying to call the given number also didn't work. When we finally were able to get on, we were told we had to get off a few steps later because this bus didn't go any further. Then we were directed to get on the "red bus" (meaning City Sightseeing Tours" and were told by the guide "that they were both the same thing." That would have been helpful to know earlier.
