Fun at night. - Fun option to see Philly at night. Very interesting tour and some of my tour companions may have captured a ghostly photographic image.

Fantastic Tour! - Josh was a fantastic guide! He was so knowledgeable about the city and its history that we were able to ask lots of questions and learn even more than expected. He was funny, personable, and smart, and the tour flew past. Thank you for a great first night in Philadelphia - this exceeded our expectations!

Josh is the BEST tour guide! - This tour was so much fun, and we learned a LOT about Philadelphia history! Josh was an outstanding tour guide and storyteller. He went out of his way to make sure we had the best experience possible, and gave us some great tips for navigating the city during our stay. A Great Experience! - Josh was a great guide - we got a lot of history along with our ghosties. I also really enjoyed the adults only aspect, as on previous ghost tours, I have had guides need to censor the material due to little ears on the tour. Good information, given at good pace, with lots of interesting stories!

Founding fathers tour - Very great tour by Josh! We learned a lot and heard some great stories of death and ghosts during this walk. Would highly recommend!

Cruising with Condor - I had an amazing night which showed me Philadelphia from a completely new angle. Would also recommend on a date or alone. Condor was a magnificent guide. His energy was enchanting. A few horrors of our nation's founders were laid bare. The lingering ghosts from crimes against our women and crimes against neurodivergent people were palpable. What I most appreciated was how Condor allowed the beauty of this city to shine through the miasma of hate, greed, and fear. He knows his facts and shares in abundance but still leaves room for mystery.

Loved our Philly tour with Condor! - We had a great time walking around old Philadelphia and besting it’s spooky history! Our tour guide, Condor, was great and full of information. Nothing too creepy happened on the tour but I did get a possible picture of a ghost in a grave yard. Love doing a tour in each city we visit 👻

Loved It! - We had Josh as our tour guide, and he was excellent! I really like tour guides who give accurate, researched history. He knew so much about the places we stopped at but also was well versed in the history of the city, pointing out other (non ghostly) buildings and sights as we went between locations. Great tour—great guide!

Spooky ghost tour on a full moon - Josh was an awesome tour guide, and I learned a lot about Philadelphian history! My friend slept through the time she was supposed to join me but I would absolutely do it again and take her to enjoy. I highly recommend the tour as a fun and spooky adventure

No ghost, just history, ran after guide all night and was never spooked. - Not a ghost tour but a history tour. Guide was nice but seemed inexperienced, walked so fast, and was very hard to follow story wise. Don’t know if it was the lack of story telling or lack of ghost stories but was not spooky at all. We left early and am still confused as to where the adults only aspect came from.
