Great like allways - We had a dinner there.very classic very good. Staff were kind and fast . Food was good. Good ambiance and good location. Price was reasonable.Messi ( football player) Advertises the burgers And we asked for everything who advertised. In my opinion it was not something different or new but delicious.

Good restaurant - Good Hard Rock restaurant in a good location in Philly. Relatively small but good and very attentive service. Food was very good and hot.

Great food and drinks - I don't think we've ever had bad food at any hard rock cafe. However, this one was interesting in that it was never clear who our waitress was. We were seated by someone who grabbed our drinks, and then another person came over to grab us drinks, and it appeared to be confusion as to who was doing what, as they kept switching off. But I can't say that the service was bad. The drinks and the food were very good. And we found out from the gift shop person that we could have gotten 10% off our meal due to having a AA membership. Apparently they don't make it known, but if you ask for it, they will give it to you... whether its in the restaurant of the gift shop.

Fun spot, great service, decent food - My wife and I stopped in for dinner after arriving very late at our hotel. Service was amazing; Stewart made us feel right at home and we had several nice chats. Food was okay; not great. I had a burger and (very few) fries. My wife had a steak salad, which she said was good. I had a beer and she had a cocktail. Both of us got souvenir glasses. Total was $82 with tax, before tip, so pretty reasonable.

Probably great in the 2000s - A restaurant stuck in its juice, Locked at the time of the creation of the franchise. The menu is not that of a Fine Dining Fan obviously, the food is as salty as fries for a questionable taste quality!

Nice enough but had better at other HRCs - The staff were friendly and helpful. There did seem to be some problem with the air conditioning when we were in meaning there was a lot of background noise. The food was s okay, the burger seemed slightly over cooked though my ribs were nice. The portion of fries seemed quite small by the usual US standards.

Nothing special... - We eat smoked ribs with a barbecue sauce that I would say is good even if the sauce is too sweet and covers everything. Fried potatoes dinghy and not crunchy. Draft beers to avoid are lager but even worse blumoon. Good but cloying chocolate dessert. Waiters asleep and not very smart.

Stay Away - Avoid if at all possible. Staff was disengaged, food was less than mediocre, and atmosphere was unappealing. You’re better off finding a mundane fast food restaurant or a convenience store in my opinion.

Disappointing - Just go to the store, don’t eat here. Returned my meal, how can you get a salad wrong, and kill a salmon fillet. The drinks menu is incorrect, they just bring something similar…
