A must do in Philadelphia! - There was so much to see and do at the various stops during the tour. We stayed on the bus for the entire tour listening to the guide share a wealth of information, before deciding which stops to enjoy. Everyone we encountered from the tour company was more than willing to answer questions and provide helpful tips to make your day easier and more productive. It’s wonderful tour!

Everything you need to know about Philly in 90 minutes - So nice to have an actual human narrator rather than a recorded description. Our guide had an encyclopedic knowledge of and love for Philadelphia. My wife and I do lots of hop-on-hop-off buses around the world and this was one of the best.

Great way to get an overview of everything there is to see and do as a tourist - We road the bus on our first day touring Philadelphia. We boarded across the street from the Liberty Bell. We were the first trip out on a beautiful Monday morning so we went straight through without stopping and got to look at all the stops along the way. Then we got back on and road to Reading Terminal for lunch. Then we picked it up and went to the Rocky statue and the Art Museum. Our tour guide talked a lot about the city architecture which was very interesting.

Unable to go - Due to an issue at home, I had to leave Philadelphia early. It was too late to cancel so I was unable to use my tickets.

Okay once you figure it out but needs improvement. - The biggest thing we learned was to use the pamphlet. It has the number for them 215-389-8687 and puts their winter hours as 1000-1600. This is contrary to the schedule on the website that has them starting at 0930. The benefit is the bus goes to several tourist areas so you don't have to use public transportation. However, if you try to contact the company via the website chat function its impossible as the Big Bus in Philadelphia is a franchise location. We were also able to ride the red "City Sightseeing" bus with our ticket but that was because the buses were alternating trips every hour (meaning the route was only being done by Big Bus every 2 hours). While I appreciated the route and the guide, not being able to track where the buses are is annoying because you have no idea if you just missed it. You can call the number but they can only give approximate times when it should arrive and don't get location updates either. I am glad that I got it with the Go City pass and didn't shell out the $30+ cost for it. If you do have the Go City pass you also need to go to stop 1 or 6 to get a ticket. At spot six there was an agent there who was able to give us our tickets and then we were able to hop on or off at any location.

Underwhelming experience - Beautiful day, lovely weather, but tour guide was ill and she coughed and weezed so much we were unable to hear her tour commentary. It was very distracting and she should not have been working in her condition. Also the hop on hop off didn't work well as bus would drop off but then not pick up for up to 45 minutes late per stop.
