Good time! - Barry did a wonderful job of filling us with great food and stories of the neighborhood. I would recommend for families, as we had our 12 and 10 year old with us. Of note, good was good enough to get picky preteens to try it……and like it.

A senses sensation - What a fun tour. We loved the area and the food, the art, and the many interesting facts delivered with humor and a clear love of this city by the inimitable Nina. We tasted delicious food- tomato bread, cannoli, tacos, a bahn mi ( or, as we learned here in Philly, a “Vietnamese Hoagie”), gelato, tasted cheeses, cured meats, olive oils and vinegars, all the while getting an exceptional tour. This was a great way to spend a few hours, walking, tasting, chatting. This is a delight for all of your senses. We wouldn’t have missed this one, and highly recommend it.

Great food tour - James was great. It was a great two plus hour walk with excellent food choices. A mix of history, culture, architecture and of course food, it’s a great way to learn more about the heartbeat of the city and some it hidden gems. Protip! Come hungry and with comfortable walking shoes.

Awesome even for a Philly native - Barry was an amazing tour host. Philly native who knew all the ins and outs of the city, paid great respect to the shops he visited and they returned it in kind (clearly they're a fan of him!), and our was just an awesome time going between places with him. The food of the your was incredible, at least 6 different spots for a bite and it was at least 2 full lunches of food per person as the portions were generous. My wife and I know the city fairly well and love nearby, but even so, learned a lot I didn't before about the Curb Market area and enjoyed food I haven't tried yet.

Yummy food, show up hungry! - Barry was an excellent tour guide. He was knowledgeable and takes a lot of pride in showing the sights in Philly. Show up hungry! I have done probably a dozen food tours and this is the most food I have ever gotten in a tour - we lost count of the number of stops, but at least eight tastings!!!
