Repeat Customer - Second time using this company for ATV rentals. Sanchez and his team provide top notch service. Will always use them when we return to the island. Highly recommend renting and exploring the beautiful views and beaches.

Loved the freedom to... - Loved the freedom to explore on our own. Only negative- our vehicle was very loud (brakes squeaked and squealed so loudly)

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - This experience was truly unforgettable. Despite some confusion with the map, Apple Maps led us to all the incredible spots on the island. We had a blast exploring the beautiful beaches and other recommended locations suggested by the staff.

Fun Times - Getting to the facility was simple. Physical equipment was in fair shape, front tires were bald and engine was in sore need of a tuneup. This aside it was serviceable and was an enjoyable way to travel around the entire island. Fuel costs were extra but not unreasonable. Our group.of 6 enjoyed the view and open air driving.

Island Tour - We wanted to explore the island on our own. We did have a fun time but based on the price of the rental we could have explored it much cheaper. I am giving 3 out of 5 due to cost and they gave us the buggy with low fuel. The first thing we had to do was go to a gas station and add gas. I see that after the fact the listing does say fuel is not included but I wasn't expecting an empty tank to start out.

Pictures were different than what was delivered. - Seeing the Island via a side by side was great. The challenge with this rental is the machines are extremely old, tires were completely warn down, and the passenger side mirror was broken and hanging down and not usable. The machine broke down on us and left us stranded for about 45 minutes. Luckily it happened early in our adventure and not when we needed to get back to the boat. It was also lucky that a passerby stopped and helped us call ATV island because my phone would not put the call through. I would look for a different place to rent if possible.

Don’t book - overheated and stranded - Unfortunately I am not able to leave a positive review here. I reserved two 6 seater and upon arrival to checkin I was informed that they only had one 6 seater as three broke down earlier that day. This was not a good sign. They offered one 6 seater and one 4 seater luckily we didn’t have more people and this would work so we went on. Well half way around the island the 6 seater started over heating and smoking. By the grace of God the lady that rented us the machine happened to pull up and was picking up a rental car. She took us to Mahi beach where we awaited a jeep to be delivered. Appreciative that they made it right but this caused us to have to wait an hour in Maho which took time we were planning to shop in Phollipsburg. Look elsewhere to book your tours.
