While in port in St Maarten, enjoy fun in the sun at two of St Maarten’s renowned beaches
- Orient Beach and Maho Beach. Your friendly guide will deliver you to Orient Bay Beach where jet skiing, sailing and paragliding are among the water activities on offer (own expense). You’ll have plenty of beach bars and restaurants to choose from before watching aircraft fly overhead at Maho Beach. With your proximity to Princess Juliana International Airport, you’ll be a jet setter on this half-day shore excursion that includes complimentary refreshments and round-trip transport.
- It is recommended that you bring a swimsuit, towel and sunscreen
- Minimum age to consume alcohol is 18 years
- Note: tour departure time is based on local island time, not cruise ship time
- During the winter season (November-March) there is an additional departure time of 10am. The 9am departure time is available year-round
- Please Note: A portion of Orient Beach is clothing optional.

Awesome - Our driver Rafael was awesome. We were picked up on time and driven to Orient Beach. During the drive Rafael told us about the islands history and the differences on the Dutch and French side. We spent 2 hours at Orient Beach then headed to Maho beach to watch the planes. Unfortunately it rained but we still had fun and ate at the restaurants there. After Maho we headed back to port and Rafael continued showing us the island. If you’re on a cruise and watch to have a beach day with a safe and awesome driver, this is the excursion for you.

Perfect for seeing both sides of island - Great way to see both parts of the island and visit two beaches. It was just enough time at each for our family. Very reliable and comfortable transportation. We were on a cruise and chose this over any excursions booked through the cruise.

Really good time. Absolutely recommend this tour - The tour guide was very informative, especially with the 2 countries that make up the island, Netherlands & France. Different lifestyles living together. really cool. The 2 beaches you go to, Bikini Beach & Maho Beach are outstanding to visit.

Amazing Day! - Capt Kay was our guide and he was amazing!! We learned so much on the tour from him, he had a great personality, the beaches were beautiful, and it was everything we could have asked for. We did the tour with 2 small children and had a blast. 10/10 would recommend this tour!!

FABULOUS!!!! - There were 20 of us plus 2 toddlers. We had an absolute blast! Orient beach was perfect. We spent 2.5 hours there and stayed in the water most of the time. There was a bar with drinks and food a restaurant and shower to rinse off. The Maho Beach at the airport was fun because we saw at least 4 planes land and 1 takeoff. We had lunch at a restaurant right at the site and overlooking the water. It was gorgeous. I highly highly recommend and would does this excursion again. Driver was awesome but I forgot his name.

Book this excursion NOW! - We were on a cruise and visited 5 islands, this experience was by far the best! The instructions to meet is super clear and signage on the island can’t be missed.
Orient is stunning - go down the beach to find the $15 bucket of beers.
Maho is incredible. Enjoy lunch as the planes come in but keep an eye out for when the big commercial planes come by so you can go to the beach and have them fly over!

Skip this tour - Our guide struggled driving the van. We almost wrecked numerous times and were stuck on a hill cause he dove over a boulder and it was wedged under the vehicle. This impacted the amount of time we had at the beach.
