Watch for their sidewalks and gutters - Coming from Canada, we loved St Maarten. Beautiful island. Lots to do and see. Would definitely go again. One concern is the Buccaneers Beach Bar, Simpson Bay We were on our way there when I fell in their gutter, which wasn’t marked. No grates and no paint. Unfortunately I broke my glasses when I hit the asphalt. Have cuts and bruises to parts of my body but thankful it wasn’t worse. We did bring it to the attention of the manager asking to fix the situation so it doesn’t happen again. Hopefully, they will do that.

Great trip - Confirm your time and location. If you’re coming off a cruise ship, it might take you a little longer to get over to the spot then you think it will. It’s better to be early than late and hold up the whole bus.

A great introduction to St. Martin! - We had the pleasure of meeting King David today. He was a fantastic tour guide and a great driver on the very congested island streets. We came in today on Virgin’s Resilient Lady. I had never been to the island before so had no idea what to expect. We learned a lot about the island and saw some spectacular views. Thanks, King David for a great day!

Very nice tour. Perfect... - Very nice tour. Perfect for cruise passengers. Pretty much cover all the major tourist sites. Highlight is the beach with plane flying over.

Sin Maarten and St Martin Tour - The tour of the island was very good. It left us enough time to enjoy each stop, and we arrived on the perfect schedule to see the arrival and departure of large planes in Maho Beach. Excellent service.

Great tour - Great tour of French and Dutch side. Guide arrived early, but waited for all guests. The 45 minute beach stop was not necessary.

Great tour, it hard to find meeting spot - Great excursion. We saw a lot of the island, and had three 45-minute stops that allowed us to explore a bit. Captain K was a great guide - informative, entertaining, and flexible. However, directions given to the meeting point were very unclear. Our directions shows the meeting spot at the pier, and included a map that showed the spot directly on the pier. However, where we met the tour bus was not on the pier and in fact wasn’t even in the port area. It was outside a back gate to the pier that we never would have found if not for some very helpful taxi dispatchers. So please give better directions to the meeting spot, and put out some signs to help us out!

St Martin and St Maarten island tour - Our guide Don did an excellent job and really knew the area well. Very informative. The tour clocked in at 5+ hours with the traffic issues on both sides of the island. Not much can be done about that as there are definitely way more vehicles out there than roads. We enjoyed the tour, but found the beaches way overcrowded. Especially Maho Beach where it appears to be about 20 feet wide. It was fun to watch the planes land overhead, but again the crowds made it unwieldy. If there is a tour that skips the beaches or only makes a brief stop (ours were 45 mins each), I think that would have been more enjoyable. Amigo Tours did a nice job overall and most of the issues were with the overcrowded island. In the short term, I expect this to only get worse as spring break gets into full swing. Word of warning to tall people, the Hyundai coaches they use have absolutely no legroom for average to tall people. This is common in the Caribbean.

Great St Maarten information - Guide extremely informative but difficulty understanding at times. Covered lots of the island both French and Dutch sides. Signage poor for cruise ship pickup , long walk for anyone with limitations. Tour worth the money
