Best experience while on vacation! - This was an absolutely amazing experience for my family of five and my brother’s family of four. It was definitely well worth the expense. JP was an excellent captain and his first mate Jasper was a superb guide. Tyrell was our host and took wonderful care of us on the ship preparing drinks and snacks. We had three children with us ages 7, 10, and 11 and they had an exceptional time. The staff were great with kids and explained things to them wonderfully to keep them safe and informed. There was plenty of snorkel gear and floaties to keep everyone entertained. The atmosphere was very family friendly yet party oriented which was fun for everyone on board. We travelled to many different beaches and there was plenty of time at each stop to swim, snorkel, and explore! Our group would love a repeat tour as everyone said this was the best part of the trip! Thank you so much JP, Jasper, and Tyrell!

Very fun day! - I was looking for more of a snorkeling trip, but this turned into one of the most fun days I’ve had in a while. The crew were all excellent, the food was better than expected and the drinks were great and ice cold. If you’re looking for a relaxing day of swimming at perfect beaches in perfect water, with a few boat cruises in between stops, this is the ticket. I was looking for a little more adventure, and I’m still glad it took the trip. No regrets, it was a blast!

10/10 recommend this catamaran trip, especially for cruise ship passengers - Excellent from start to finish! We booked this trip a couple of days before arriving in St Maarten on a cruise ship. Easy to find at the marina, we sailed on QT, great vessel and amazing crew. There was an open bar all day with beers, spirits, soft drinks, water, rum punch and fruit juices. A tasty snack and a full buffet lunch which was amazing! Snorkel equipment, noodles all provided. We did two beach stops and were able to swim ashore or relax on the boat or in the sea. It truly was an amazing day and we’ve even got a t-shirt to prove it! Would thoroughly recommend this if you’re cruising. A full 6 hour catamaran trip with a welcoming knowledgeable crew who make the day great fun. 10/10

Great Experience. - Very convenient for cruise passengers. Nice boat, food and drinks. The boat stopped in 03 different points, so we could snorkel, swim, or just enjoy the view. Would do that again.

Book It ASAP - Best Deal, Quality, & Cruise Friendly - I searched for a couple hours for a catamaran tour planning for our stop in St Maarten on a cruise. I decided on this tour due to the value for the money, buffet included, and long duration of the tour- yet still good to make it back for the cruise ship. I am very glad I chose Eagle Tours! Captain Josh and the crew were so great! The boat was spacious enough to have 26 people + crew on our tour and it didn't feel like it at all. Everyone had room. We snorkeled at the 1st stop (not a lot of fish, but there was a cool helicopter crash site to see), then relaxed on tubes provided in the water at the next two stops which were at different beaches. We also saw some planes come in low at Maho Beach (couldn't get too close to shore, but it was still cool). The crew provided sandwiches as a snack after the 1st stop (tuna salad or turkey) and then prepared a buffet lunch after the 2nd stop around 1. This consisted of ribs, chicken, rice, beans, salad (might be missing something). For a meal on the water for 26 people that's included with the tour... This was awesome! There was plenty of food for everyone and I loved it. Everyone seemed very pleased. Overall, my wife and I had such a great day. This tour is definitely worth it. We hope to come back to St. Maarten again in the future not on a cruise and book one of the longer tours!

A bit misleading - While the Viator booking page said max group size of 30, our catamaran had a capacity of 60 and we had 50 passengers on board. We booked this excursion specifically due to the "smaller" group size. There were way too many people on this trip for our liking. The crew did work hard, especially the bartender/lunch prepper/server. However, if this is your first time snorkeling, there were no real instructions given other than "there's a sunken helicopter over there between the two bouys and a museum of statues over there". No safety instructions were given at all. I never found the statues and I only found the helicopter because other snorklers pointed it out. Not recommended for first time snorkelers. Visibility was not great at the one snorkeling spot we went to (not the fault of the operator) and the other two spots were just beach stops. Would have liked to have more snorkeling time. They did time our trip right so that we could see a plane fly overhead landing at the airport at Maho Beach which was cool. Lunch was really good, but the set up was awkward and the people sitting in the middle of the catamaran were displaced so that the food could be served. Overall, just ok for us. We would not book this again.

Not happy! NOT CRUISE FRIENDLY!!! - We were a party of two cruising on 2/5, on the cataract piloted by Capt PJ & crew. I have no problems with the crew but I do w the booking & communication w the Captain & managent of tour. When I booked the excursion, it said "Cruise friendly" & I specifically said we were on Celebrity Equinox departing at 4:30. We almost missed the ship since even after reminding the Captain we needed to be back by 3ish. We arrived after 4:15 & I had to run to the gangway as the Captain took a slow Cruise back to accommodate 2 children who manned the helm! Please contact me. Laurel Roddis 313 220-8406
