A highly enjoyable trip! - I had an amazing time at the Great Ocean Road trip. The staff were very lovely and gave us sufficient time in each location to explore the place. The driver and the trip organiser also ensured that I got off at a location that was convenient for me. Overall it was a really enjoyable trip and I would highly recommend for others to try.

Perfect place to have lunch! We recommend the Baconberry bagels - Finally got to visit Carter's in Waterloo Rd, Hinckley, near Iceland. We had coffees and Baconberry bagels, yummy! I love the decor inside. We sat on two big comfortable armchairs, very comfortable. The waitress, Baiba, was friendly and efficient. We will definitely be back, maybe for cocktails next time.

Great Ocean Road Tour - This is a great way to view the Great Ocean Road and learn the history of the area. There were a number of stops along the way to get out and see interesting areas.

An easy and comfortable trip - We enjoyed the whole trip. Thanks to Neil, our driver/guide who was very nice and well organised. He joined the tourist group and helped us to find the koalas. We also had a nice lunch! Neil told us a lot about the history of the Great Ocean Road, stories about the creeks and the villages, buildings nearby the road, which makes the trip informative, not boring at all.
It was a very long day, Neil made a big effort to make it easy for us. Thanks!

Excellent arrangement & super good care - We started 1 month back with a wrong date booking...:) it was no hassle at all to make the change all via Whatsapp. Highly responsive, and super clear with explanation. We were a family of 5 amongst which 1 six year old.
On the day,Uncle Neal came perfectly on time and took care of the entire journey very well. We saw 2 koalas today :)
Overall, highly recommended package for everyone.

Wonderful experience - I had a wonderful experience of the tour. All staff including driver, tour guide was very polite. My kids become very friendly to them. They want to visit again with these guys.

Bus, driver, journey were superb - To my delight, this lower-priced tour was above my expectation. Bus, driver, and overall journey were superb.
I tried "Hit The Road Tour" (higher price) and disappointed, but this "Melbourne Australia Tour" was a clear winner in every aspect.
"Hit The Road Tour" pestered me today because of my genuine review of them. Avoid the tour operator "Hit The Road Tour" as things could go so nasty. I prefer "Melbourne Australia Tour" and I have no affiliation in any way with any tour operators. I'm just an ordinary customer.

A tour worth doing, though the organisation could have been better. The tour conductor/driver had a problem locating participants - could have been simply solved if he had a placard with the tour name and details. The mini coach was not the most comfortable - rather bumpy and cramped. A better vehicle should be utilised for these long runs. The commentary could have been made more interesting with passing remarks on the paces driven through or just interesting insights.
Having said all of the above, the scenery compensated for any shortfall.

Great Ocean Road Day Tour - Disappointed .We drove all the way and were given little time to see the beautiful sites.
We didn’t do all as described on the website and the lunch was bad.$10 per person and at a place where the food was bad and other travellers were just as disappointed .Massive group.Did you over book and charter a bus and driver to take us? Anyways ,I hope this brings positive changes .Good Luck !
