Experience Wallace Circle’s working waterfront and local charm while tasting some of Maine’s finest oyster farms. You’ll find an oyster ambassador behind the bar who will serve you three different oyster varieties, and indulge you in a few oyster farm stories. The entire experience feels like a local’s secret hideaway and worth the drive down for both the views and bivalves!

After the oysters, we’ll show you around the General Store and West Point’s impressive coastal landscape!

We’ll have options onsite for you to purchase additional tasting resources, guides, and add-ons to enhance the experience.

It’s open hours at the tasting room! Hidden in an historic general store on waterfront docks, slurp half a dozen oysters from three different Maine farms, served by an accredited Oyster Ambassador. Enjoy coastal views and hear stories about the local farmers.

This is an experience like no other in Maine. It’s a backstage pass to a working waterfront where locals pass through and oyster farmers haul gear. We welcome you to not only enjoy the oysters served by an oyster expert, but the coastal community and wildlife that makes Maine special.
