You need a kind sensitive guide to visit this horrific part of history and we were lucky to have Neang - Neang was fantastic. He was very thoughtful and sensitive making sure we were aware of what we were going to see next. It was really important to hear all the history that he told us. Thank you for a great trip.

Very thoughtful and evocative tour with Rey - It’s an emotive tour but a must do in Phnom Penh. Rey our guide was great. Was very informative before hand regarding collection times. Then whilst travelling to the killing fields gave us a very interesting and accurate guide as to the history of Pol Pot and what happened in the 70’s. Definitely recommend this tour and thoroughly recommend Rey.

Emotionally charged must do tour - On 11 October 2024 we visited the Choeung Ek Genocide Prison and one of the killing fields under the guidance of Neang. I can’t praise more highly the guidance of our guide Neang who told us the story in a respectful, considerate and honest way. I am filled with emotion and respect for having this experience.

Highly Recommend!!! - Booked the night before for a next AM tour. Confirmed promptly and the morning pick up at the hotel was perfect. Our guide (An) was informative and personable. The price was very reasonable and although the tour was sobering- it was a very worthwhile experience. I highly recommend!!!

A tour that painstakingly shows how cruel a few people can be to make so many people feel sad! - Today I did the Killing Field and Toul Sleng tour. Very impressive, what these people went through in the 70s, so much grief that every family has a victim. The Guide Ang has told a lot about Cambodia’s past, how the country has been under various trustees from 1907 to 1998, how Pol Pot’s promises were not fulfilled and that many millions of inhabitants have been misled, mistreated and murdered. Impressive the mass graves and later the prison which used to be a school with many young people who were tortured and murdered for nothing. With only 12 survivors including 4 children. This is history that should not happen again, but unfortunately we continue to see it in various places around the world. Thank you Ang for this tour, and I hope Cambodia finds even more peace in humanity and in their selves to respect the past and grow in a peaceful mind.

Meeting the Regime prisoners - An amazing experience. We had a tour guide called Mr Rarn who was involved in the forced work under the regime as a child. We were also lucky enough to talk to Chum Mey, a 94 year old man who was one of 7 who survived the prison. Overall a very interesting, insightful visit.
