A lovely half day experience - We really enjoyed this half day trip to the silk islands. Our guide was attentive and informative throughout the tour duration where he told us some history of Cambodia, particularly about the 4 rivers and also some history about the Budda. We got picked up at our hotel at 8am ish (right on time) by tuk tuk and were at the jetty not long after. From there the boat to the silk island took about an hr. We were served a cold drink once the boat took off. At the island we first walk past all the Stupas on the way into the village, where we were given more local information. After that we got a tuk tuk to the silk farm attraction site via a stall where our guide got us all some fried banana and sweet potato snacks to try. Very nice. At the silk island attraction we had a different local guide taking us around to explain everything about the silk worms and the ladies who work there doing all the works by hand, and weaving the patterns as had been passed down through their families. On the way back on the boat we were served fresh fruit and another drink of choice. A very enjoyable half day tour, which took about 4 hours all in all.

A good way to spend half a day in Phnom Penh - Great way to experience a bit of the Mekong river and explore the Silk Island. The tour is well organized, it takes the right amount of time without using a whole day and it shows the most interesting places with good explanation (especially on the silk part).

Highly recommend, very insightful and interesting - I can really recommend it! I liked the boat tour. On our way there, the tour guide explained some things about the river etc. When we got to the island, he talked about the Buddhist temples and school. After that, we went with a tuktuk to silk island. For me, this was the highlight. I found it extremely insightful and informative and interesting. Really really nice. After the silk tour, we went back to the boat. We got a fruitsnack and enjoyed the way back. I highly recommend!

Angkor Wat trip - The guide Sim was so knowledgeable and friendly. We never thought it would be like this. He made it special and his knowledge was excellent. The whole time was magical and we will never forgot our time in Cambodia. Thank you Sim x

Accommodating tour operator - Unfortunately my tour was cancelled shortly before the start. I got my money back on the same day and the tour operator offered me a free sunset cruise including free drinks and fruits. The tour operator excused multiple times for the cancellation and tried his best to offer me an compensation.

Silk Island awesome boat cruise of very poor standard - We hopped onto the boat and were greeted warmly. Offered our free soft drink and were told a bit about the history of the silk and surrounding areas. Soon after the guide went up to the front of the boat and went to sleep. On silk Island was amazing. We had tour guide We and he was fun, energetic and full of knowledge. Once back on the boat we were given our free soft drink however the guide went up to the front of the boat and ate with the driver of the boat. We were given no fruit platter as the description stated we would. Once he had eaten he went back to sleep. I felt this to be a very poor tour and would not recommend this to anyone in the future.
