After a quick bike fitting and a briefing on the itinerary, the group will depart from Phnom Penh and take a cruise along the Mekong River to Silk Island.

- Silk Island - Once the ferry crosses to the island on the Mekong, participants will hop on their bicycles, and the guide will outline the cycling itinerary, detailing the learning experiences of the tour. The islands upstream of the Mekong River provide a wonderful chance to discover village life and visit various fruit and vegetable orchards, such as cucumber, corn, ginger, lemongrass, papaya, eggplants, and plantations of bananas and mangoes. During the cycling journey, there will also be a stop at a silk weaving workshop, which demonstrates the traditional weaving techniques common in many villages along the Mekong River.
- Phnom Penh - After a refreshing break and lunch at a local family restaurant, the group will cycle back to the bike party and take the ferry back to the hotel in Phnom Penh, wrapping up the enjoyable cycling adventure along the Mekong River.
