24 Hours Before Pickup:
24 hours prior to your scheduled pickup, you will receive a text message or email confirming your booking and details. This is an excellent opportunity to verify that all information is correct. If any changes are needed, please call us to update your booking.
You will receive a text message notifying you that your luxury car is on its way.
Your driver will call to ensure you know which door number to exit from and will explain how to locate your transportation. You will see a driver waiting for you.
Hotel Departure or Airbnb:
Your luxury ride will be waiting in front of the hotel lobby or residence to take you to your destination.
