It was a wonderful experience in a beautiful location - Our experience with Alex was so far beyond our expectations!! He did an amazing job. We are not experienced with having professional pictures taken at all but Alex knew what he needed us to do to capture great photos and memories of our 30th wedding anniversary. Good couples photoshoot - Had an overall good experience working with Alex for our couples photoshoot. He was a bit late at first, because of some confusion on the location of the resort, but that’s understandable, given that there are multiple resorts of the same name in Punta Cana. The pictures turned out great! We did a couples photoshoot for my boyfriend and I. He brought us to one of the beaches, and did a good job of composing the shots with attention to detail on the lighting and the background to make sure there weren’t any photo bombers. He mixed up the setting with some with the ocean background and others with the palms. In the end, we got over 100 well-edited couples photos from the shoot.

They accepted my payment but they didn’t have a photographer and only wants to refund 1/2 my money. Terrible - I booked a shoot with them as they accepted payment and they contacted me saying they didn’t have a photographer. They are refusing a full refund now saying they can have someone on a different day. I paid for hair and makeup for the day I scheduled and they are trying to keep my money for them not being prepared.
